LOVE LOVE LOVE This stuff! I used to drink whey protein and unless I was getting amazing Coconut Ice Cream flavor from 1Up Nutrition.. I’d always feel my gut wasn’t happy with Whey Protein. (It is scraps you know?) Anyway, I’m involved with TRW and Tate’s PT says that whey is fine, but if it does provide digestive issues then pea protein powder is the way to go BUT you should make sure it’s FERMENTED. Idk about you, but when someone of that caliber recommends something, I listen. This brand is the only one I found. When my body is asking me to drink something at every available opportunity, I trust its judgement and assume it’s good for me. Before, I’d just choose to have a shake when my body went into after work out cave man I’m effing hungry mode. I find myself using this 1-3 times daily and excusing it into my coffee. Yes, it has sugar—which I’ve mostly cut out of my diet, but I need protein shakes with my high exercise load and if my MEGA spoon of instant coffee tastes great with one serving of protein powder it’s a win for me! Tastes great. Texture.. seemed grainy on day 1 but my body LOVES this so it hasn’t been an issue for me at all. Mixabilty— super effortless. No clumping. If it sits around it can settle at the bottom of your cup but, but if you’re not slamming that protein shake like a madman.. you’re not exercising hard enough to need it anyway. Nothing a quick swirl or too won’t fix. Digestibility—I am not against whey so I am consuming this with cow's milk or water. I just noticed that whey made me feel a little bloated or not my best after an exercise and I was in search of an alternative. Since using this.. my stomach has been shredding away after years of looking bloated. My dream body is about 96% complete and I have absolutely noticed a difference after starting this powder. It’s great to look in the mirror after a good workout and have 0 bloat from your shake. 15/10 For me. I’m not affiliated but I’ll probably share this same review on their website because in a world full of useless things for sale.. a great product deserves credit. Con: you feel like you get less when the first shipment arrives if you’re used to getting a big plastic tub of powder, and the bag arrives. It’s all an allusion. There’s more weight per $ than any of the other proteins I have purchased and once you get used to the switch, that feeling goes away pretty quickly.

GREAT with almond milk and PB2 powder!
I can't have whey and lactose. My body doesn't like it and digests them horribly. My partner told me about fermented pea powder so I decided to give this one a go. Based on the reviews, those who have more experience in fermented pea powder claim this is the best tasting. There is an odd aftertaste that I noticed literally only on Day 1 of trying it with only a cup of almond milk. The next, day, I didn't notice it and the day after, I tried it with 2 scoops of PB2 chocolate/peanut butter powder and it's just THE BEST THING. The texture is funky though. I use a Ninja blender with the personal cup attachment and I usually pour in the milk and then the powder but I end up with a few odd chunks. So now, I pour in the liquid, then half the powder, shake it up, then the rest of the powders and then blend. It's a process but I like it. I'm sure if I put everything in the usual, much larger blender, I wouldn't have to include the shake step but I'd rather not dirty up the whole thing just for one shake. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making your shake before your workout and letting it thicken in the fridge - SO GOOD if you like that THICC texture :) I love the packaging -- not only does it make me feel better for the lack of plastic but it also has a straight lip on the inside that allows you to scrape the top of the scoop against it for accurate measuring. A review coming from someone who's never tried fermented pea protein, I recommend this product. I'll be checking out the other flavors, too.

Great taste, easy on my stomach
This is the best Pea Protein I have had. The flavor is pretty good considering Pea protein has a somewhat bitter taste. I made the mistake of buying another generic brand of pea protein recently but this stuff was very good, highly recommend if you are looking for alternative to whey. This stuff was the easiest on my stomach thus far.

Chocolate is way too sweet…weird aftertaste
I’ve gotten the unflavored many times in the past and add cacao powder and stevia myself and loved it. Decided to try the chocolate flavor this time and blah, waaaaaaay overly sweet. If you aren’t used to too much sweetener alternatives don’t buy this one. Get the unflavored and sweeten yourself. Now I got a unflavored to mix half and half with the chocolate to hopefully help because it’s literally that sweet that it needs to be cut down by half. I still love it because it’s fermented and a great product, but just too sweet for my liking.

Terrible taste and texture to us
We really disliked the taste, the texture and I didn't think to check about the return. I'm too used to being able to return things on Amazon and this product is not returnable. Another reason not to use Amazon for food products.

Unique taste, for better or worse
If you are looking for a vegan/nondairy protein powder that is easy to digest, this is a good option. The protein per scoop is excellent (20 grams protein per 32 grams of powder) and there are minimal additives. It mixes well in water and doesn't have a chalky texture. Having said that, the taste is overpowering. It tastes like fermented peas, there's no other way to describe it. I've tried mixing it in oatmeal and smoothies and it's all you can taste; even as little as 10 grams of powder is enough to override any other flavor. I would only recommend this to people who don't care about taste and just need to bulk their protein.

Great flavor and source of protien
It has been a while since i had Nutrasuma recently got bariatric surgery and was told to get a protein mixture to help with dieting. I was delighted to see Nutrasuma finally changed the packaging from the old egg cartoon recycled container with a bag in it. This protein is awesome I'm not vegan but the taste it stop notch, if you want to mix in some peanut butter or a bit of banana with it it only gets better. my protein of choice is Nutrasuma PEA PROTIEN!
