can't access my data and i am a photographer, terrified!
it worked.. until it didn't. tons of data most probably lost. just started randomly turning off, contacted customer service, they said - reboot it will be fine. that worked for a while, and now it turns on for less than 5 minutes, and then it turns off again, and it takes several boots for it to go on again... i am a photographer and i use it all the time. it's an expensive product and I am beyond furious with its quality!!!!-----------------------------------------------------After a refurbished unit arrived it worked fine until yesterday. (today is September 27th and i received it in July). Now the unit is blinking green and yellow lights, which means it's in data protection mode. Customer support is TERRIBLE. a woman on the phone, very nonchalant, completely disinterested in the fact that I can't access my livelihood, "we didn't have a chance to see your diagnostics file yet, take your time, wait" - they just don't care. DON'T BUY DROBO
