Q: Is the clear door supposed to be snug fitting? When I installed it there is a gap on both sides towards the top and snug on the bottom

Those little gaps are normal anda dont affect how the oven works.

Q: how do i buy more of the mesh trays that it comes with?

Q: Are the sheets reusable or one time only thing?

There are two types of sheets that came with mine used in the dehydrator, one is similar to a screen with holes (one for each tray) and another that has a smooth surface to keep juice from draining down (as advertised with mine only one sheet came with the dehydrator) both types of sheets are reusable.

Q: is this model $200 more then the same with plastic door just because the door is glass?

My model has a plastic window and it is a problem. Glued it many times. I can’t answer for the seller, but glass would be preferable, based on my experience. I suspect glass would be costlier.
