6'2" 42" chest Large fits fairly snugly on chest providing some shaping though not much was needed does virtually nothing for the stomach area. Where a man wants the V torso this has strength in the design and material to only work in an A shape depending on what you have to work with the stomach area has compression but no 'strength' like the chest does.I purchased size Medium thinking that would be tighter in the stomach area and it seems to be the same, having no effect. I can feel it tighter in the chest from the large but the stomach is the same as well as the garment being shorter in length.For getting you hotter during a workout or providing very minimal compression over the stomach and around the torso this works as well as some moderate or perhaps more compression on the chest depending on the size.It also has use as mild compression for the chest and not locking your torso in like the only other compression tops I've found sleeveless under armor or eastbay tops in the full t-shirt style short sleeve tops, both offered more compression in smaller sizes throughout the stomach than this does. But those styles make you sweat much more so they are better for workouts not wearing under your clothes as you go about your day as this can be but since it does very little for the stomach the use is very dependent on what you are working with and what you are looking for.I'll use these, providing they last, probably under my clothes as I go to work or out on errands since there is some heating up with it on and compression(pretty much only the chest) without drenching me like full t-shirt compression tops or even the tank top sleeveless high collar ones do.I'm just disappointed the stomach area is just for show and has virtually no ability to pull anything in even when I went to smaller sizes, the chest got tighter but the stomach did not.

I'm about 5'11 280lbs and the XL fit me well... It is hard to get on, But once it's on it does its job

If you're looking for something to sculpt you into a statue? Then go to the gym and then wear this shirt. It's not meant for that. It's meant to add support to your body as you work out or go about your day. It does just that.

They are nice tops, I was hoping it would hid my belly but it just keeps it down a little. Stretch material is fine, I can wear it all day with no problems. If u want to wear a shirt and look like u have no belly or fit… this isn’t the way to go… u need something tighter in the belly area. This will help u look like it’s not sloppy but u still have the stomach

Update: 11/28/22I bought another one. I had a big thing coming up and I wanted to look good for a few days, which means I needed at least 2 more slimming shirts.The one I bought is supposed to be the same size, but it was so large that it went all the way down to my knees. Totally useless.The original shirt was hard to remove, but at least it worked hard to control some of my belly.Also, I lost 20 pounds since buying the first shirt. Just none of it in my belly.Original review:Ok, I’m fat. Like, big belly fat. I thought this would smooth things out so it doesn’t look that way. It didn’t. Also, every time I wear it, I wonder if my wife would think less of me if I asked her to help me take it off.Yes… it’s that difficult. Is it me? Is it the shirt? I honestly don’t know, but I don’t like feeling that way.
