This is a great brand, but this supplement wasn’t for me. I started feeling very agitated and short with people around me. It did help me sleep better, however, it made me feel “off” my usual self. Not sure why.

Helps with absorption/retention of NR, because as you get older, you over express a gene that sabotages your ability to fully utilize NR. Quality brand.

I’ve been using Toniiq products for over a year and find the quality to be superb.

2 pills didn't work, so I took 2 more. Total of 4 pills(400mg) finally made me drowsy, but I did wake up with heart burn. It felt like the pills were stuck in my throat. I've taken Double Wood Apigenin for several months with no side effects and great results.

I have SEVERE primary insomnia. One pill did nothing except make me relaxed. 2 pills helped me sleep about 6 hours. 3 pills made me sleep like a baby—9 hours with over 3 hours deep sleep. It usually takes me an hour or more to fall asleep. With this Apigenin, I fell asleep in abt 20 minutes. Expensive, but worth every penny!

Did nothing. I just use two chamomile tea bags and it has a stronger sleepy effect than this product
