Knife was good and sharp enough but chipped at the tip on 2nd day of use🙆‍♀️

You do need to be careful because they can chip. But truly the best knife I have. On my second one!

Mir wurde das Messer von einem befreundeten Sternekoch für das normale hobbykochen zu Hause empfohlen. Was soll ich sagen, ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Habe das Messer jetzt ein halbes Jahr im Einsatz. Es sind keinerlei Abnutzungen oder sonstiges ersichtlich. Es schneidet wie eine Rasierklinge durch alles, was nicht zu hart ist. Bei Käse z. B. könnte sonst die hauchdünne Keramik brechen, hier empfiehlt sich z. B. ein Damastmesser. Für jedes Gemüse und sonstige weiche Lebensmittel ist das Messer absolut empfehlenswert!

C'est mon couteau préféré pour quand je pars en rando, il est léger et il coupe vraiment bien, et bien pour moi qui est des petites mains il est petit. Je regrette cependant qu'il n'y ait pas une housse pour le ranger car je le met dans mon sac à dos et je risque de me blesser si j'enfourne ma main en urgence pour chercher quelque chose dedans.

Premetto che sto usando coltelli in ceramica Kyocera da anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Ho acquistato questo spelucchino qualche mese fa in sostituzione di uno identico (kyocera) che purtroppo dopo anni di utilizzo si sera consumato. Non capisco cosa sia successo alla lama, in quanto si è rotta in più punti in modo anomalo ( allego foto) già dopo alcuni utilizzi. Potrebbe essere un difetto di fabbrica? Qualcun altro ha avuto lo stesso inconveniente? Il coltello è da buttare, non lo sto usando per paura che qualche frammento di ceramica finisca nel cibo. Sono molto delusa, ritenevo questo marchio il meglio ma mi devo ricredere.
