Linda Westfall is "the Authority"
I was going to an ASQ class with Linda. I saw this book and it was a bit cheaper than ASQ so I bought. turns out to be Indian edition but same material. This was only reference that was used to successfully complete CSQE exam.

Passed the Exam first time!!
An awesome index, really helps for the CSQE exam. I also had the Indiana Quality Council review book but the index in this book helped me quickly look up the answers to questions I did not know.

Advertised as a hard cover its actually a paperback. The cover also arrived damaged.

Does a great job explaining the concepts of the field and, should one desire, prepping for the CSQE exam with ASQ.
