I mostly don't like to write lots of review, but this is something I think I should write about: This is decent machine and does the job for home use. If you are coffee enthusiast, then I would say it will keep you more of less happy unless you have higher budget then I would say you can look for more pronounced machines in the category. But for the price it comes with I would say it's does the job quite well and one will be able to get the good espresso out of it. Taste of the espresso is majority dependent on 2 factors: 1st Beans quality and 2nd machine quality. It has decent bar pressure of 15 to get the extract from the beans. Overall, this machine feels like it should last for good number of years to come but I can't say much about it as only time will tell and it dependent on the user how someone takes care of the machine as it requires proper cleaning/maintenance each time you use it. And not just this machine every coffee machine requires proper cleaning/maintenance. It's been 5 days I am using this machine regularly to make at-least 3-4 cup of coffee for me and my family members and tried all 3 variants Cappuccino, Latte & Espresso. And I am using Blue Tokai Vienna Roast which is awesome. Few Bad things or I would say area of improvement would be: 1. Tamper provided with the machine is of Plastic that should be metal. I am sure it will not last long so I must invest on the Metal Tamper 2. Nozzle of the Steam/froth is little, small as per my experience, another 1 to ½ inch longer would have been better in my POV. 3. This machine does not have any timer display function or way to adjust ML of output as this would have helped to ensure accurate output of the espresso, so you must manually observe or count seconds to see if you have right quantity of the espresso to ensure good water & coffee ratio 2:1 etc. Summary – This machine is good and will satisfy majority of the users who love to make their coffee experience better. For barista nerds or those who are too much into it, they would not choose this machine. Few accessories you must buy along with this machine in my POV: 1. Good Solid Metal Tamper 2. Coffee Stirrer Needles 3. Dosage Ring/Powder Ring 4. Weighting Scale to ensure right quantity of beans for each espresso

Overall satisfied with this machine. You can enjoy cafe level coffee at home at very affordable price.

I’ve been using this machine since August 2025, and overall it works fine for basic espresso. However, there are a few things other buyers should know. The brewing time is okay, but the coffee flow is not continuous. Every time it extracts, it pauses for about 2–5 seconds, so the shot doesn’t come out in one smooth stream. The machine doesn’t burn the coffee unless you accidentally keep it on the frothing temperature and then try pulling a shot. If you switch properly between modes, it’s safe. One important thing: don’t depend on pre-ground coffee. It loses aroma and freshness within 1–2 days. Once I bought a grinder in November and started grinding fresh beans, the taste improved a lot. So, this machine works best only with freshly ground beans. I also recommend getting a portafilter covering filter (the top mesh insert). It keeps the machine clean, maintains pressure, and prevents coffee particles from sticking to the nozzle. My only design complaint is the low height between the portafilter and the base. Some cups don’t fit underneath. An extra 3–4 cm of clearance would make a big difference. Overall, a good entry-level espresso machine, but it performs best with fresh beans and a few small accessories.

I purchased the Agaro Imperial Coffee Machine in Mar’2025 from Amazon. Within a few months, the machine developed multiple defects—puck formation, low pressure, heating failure and improper froth. Despite raising complaints since Aug’2025, Agaro has no on-ground service support and relies only on WhatsApp videos. Issues were never resolved. Complaints raised in Nov’2025 were ignored. In Dec’2025, after repeated follow-ups, a heating coil was dispatched and replaced in Jan’2026 by an outsourced technician who did not test the machine. The original problems persisted and a new issue (heavy leakage) appeared after repair. Since then, I have faced continuous delays, false service commitments and no resolution. As a result, nearly 6 months of warranty has been lost without usable service. This is a clear case of a defective product and deficiency in after-sales service. I have lost confidence in the brand and request Amazon’s intervention for a full refund, as the seller/manufacturer has failed to provide a working product within warranty.

Great product at an amazing price range. The brand’s customer care service is quite good, and Ms. Ratna, the demonstrator, gave a perfect demonstration of the product and it’s usability. the perfect café-style coffee at home—truly a delight for every coffee lover. ☕✨

Been using this machine for last 7months. It's a very good product if you just starting to be a coffee enthusiast. Recently has some issues in the porta filter the customer service team was very helpful resolving it. And the it was very easy and seamless process to reach out to them. Highly recommend the brand and the product

I had a problem with the nozel as the water was flowing from it while taking an espresso shot. I contacted agaro customer support and within half an hour, their team contacted me and guided me how to fix that issue. It was professionalism at its best. Keep up the good work team agaro
