I asked for a replacement and it came with in a few days. Customer care were amazing and quick to respond.The replacement scream is a lot tougher than the first and is holding up nicely. I have dropped my phone again 🤦🏼‍♂️ and the glass has no cracks or scratches. All I can think is that the first had an imperfection which caused it to fail.Thank you to Kate the customer care specialist who has been really helpful. 🤙🏼

Really easy to install, comes with a frame to put over your phone. I have used this brand before and I really like the little grate over the phone speaker at the top, it stops dust and crumbs getting stuck there (which was my only minor problem with the last versions) I have dropped my phone MANY times and it’s really handy to be able to take off the glass screen protector and pop another one one there and start fresh. Good price, good quality, amazing protection for your phone screen

One screen protector is cracked. Other one didn’t stick.and one was fine
