It has a plain flavor no off flavors that's the what's best works good

This is good stuff. For those who suffer from sleep apnea, this helped me a lot. I normally wear a mouth piece to pull my tongue forward but the first night I took this which was one full dropper, I slept really good and didn't gasp for air. Vitamin D3 research has shown to help with sleep apnea and the brain stem. You'll have to research it yourself but I have been using this for 3 months now as of this review and it has helped me tremendously. I use a full or almost full dropper dose for a month everyday and then half a dropper after that. Hope it helps you.
