Seriously, could not be happier!
I've been looking for a good chair for a long time and always wanted to try secretlab, but I was worried about the price and about some issues I've read online. I should have bought this chair earlier, I stinking love it! I'm 6' 4", 385lbs, and this chair seriously fits me like a GLOVE and gives me all the support I could ever need! Pros: The adjustable back support is AWESOME and literally makes this feel like I'm sitting in my Highlander it's so comfortable on my back. The ability to lock the base in at multiple angles is awesome, use that all the time and love that it can do that. The recline feature works really great and I've used it multiple times, though at 380lbs I'm kind of almost at the weight limit for this chair and even though I haven't tilted over yet I feel like I might so I usually don't recline too far back. Which isn't really a loss since I do most work sitting up anyways, where this chair really shines. Love the included magnetic memory foam headrest, it's freaking awesome and so comfortable, I find myself using it several times a day usually. The armrests are incredibly durable, my armrests are always scraping up against my wood desk and there isn't a mark on them even after a month of this. And even there was any damage, you can order brand new ones (even ones with SecretLab's custom memory foam!) from their website. The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The last pro I have is a weird pro, but I absolutely LOVE that you can buy all kinds of add-ons and attachments from their site. I already ordered a new memory foam backrest that's supposed to work with the lumbar support already in this to make it even more comfortable (don't know how that will be possible, but I'm excited to try) and then there's the secret lab skins covers you can get, new wheels you can order, replacement armrests, it's just awesome. Cons: Seriously, I have no cons at all with this chair, even after using it for over a month now. The quality of this chair and all the options that you can order from their site seriously convinced me that this company isn't trying to get you to buy a new premium chair every 5 years, they're trying to get you to buy one chair for LIFE that you can then refurbish over time with new items and adjustments. Absolutely couldn't recommend this chair enough, I've tried $200 "custom ergonomic chairs", and the $350 Razer gaming chair as well as several others, and this is hands down the best one. Do not read the negative/bad reviews, I don't know why people have even written those because this chair is awesome and I've had none of the "issues" I've seen in a couple reviews online. Definitely recommended, get this chair ASAP!

Good quality item. Worth the Price Tag.
TLDR Worth the price if you dont mind a firmer seat. Assembly only needs one person and maybe 30 minutes tops. Overall I am very happy with this chair. Quality of the product itself and the packaging was great. It is very adjustable between armrest, reclining, lumbar, height and tilt. Nothing feels like something i have to fight with. You can adjust the arms themselves in or out a bit as well. My only issue is the lumbar support itself doesn't go low enough to get the spot I need it to. That is more around my body type and not the chair itself. But a slight negative. It is very firm. Over time it has seemed to soften a bit as its used but its by no means a fluffy/pillow like chair.

The Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 Black Gaming Chair has undeniably set a new benchmark in the gaming chair arena, combining unrivaled comfort, state-of-the-art features, and a killer aesthetic that oozes sleek sophistication. The first thing that strikes you about the Titan Evo 2022 is its magnificent comfort. Ergonomically designed and loaded with adjustable features, this chair adapts perfectly to your body, providing tailor-made support and reducing fatigue during those lengthy gaming marathons. The inbuilt lumbar support is a standout, offering much-needed relief for the lower back. When it comes to build quality, Secretlab pulls no punches. A good chair for how much it costs.
It's a really nice chair with many ways to customize it to fit most, if not all, desk setups. One of the critiques I have is that it's heavy, but at the same time, I know it's not going to fall apart on me in a year or two like my last chair did. The instructions are straightforward, and you should have all the tools you need to put it together in the box that it comes in. This hasn't happened to me, but some people did say they had issues contacting customer service, so keep that in mind. For me, everything was in the box, and I wasn't missing any tools, so I didn't need to contact their customer service. One of the things you have to keep in mind is that the handle you use to have the chair lean back can easily bend if you try to work it in incorrectly. This could potentially lead to it breaking.

Great chair but very Firm!
I really like this chair and the only negative thing I can say about it is, it is really firm, everything else is great! I love that I can lock the base at multiple angles, the recline options work really great and I've used it multiple times but since I use this chair for work and I have a very tiny office space I tend to not recline too much. The included magnetic memory foam headrest, is very cool and comfortable, and the armrests are very durable! I really like that it has height and tension adjusting, I found the perfect spot and haven't had to adjust it very much after that, really love this feature!

This chair is FIRE!
I have used many, many types and manufacturers of chairs in the last 20 years. This is the first chair I have taken time out of my day to go and sit in it because it's so gosh-dang comfortable! Yes, the price is going to be a barrier to entry for a lot of people. However, save up and do some extra shifts so you can buy this thing. From the packing, instructions, final quality of the product, this is miles ahead of other chairs. It's not even funny to be honest. Not only does this chair have the correct and most number of adjustments, the foam is perfectly firm but still soft. The fabric is not sweaty - and here in Dallas it gets hot and you need airflow under those thighs. Trust me. If you can, buy the chair with the fabric. You can get a leather skin later! That's also something to add - you can replace any part on this thing - plus the factory warranty is solid and support is great (yes I tried it to make sure it was prior to buying). The build quality is *Chefs - Kiss*, drop dead perfect. Once you build it, which is only about 20 mins, then nothing is lose, nothing jiggles, the thing is solid and likely could withstand C4 Being strapped to it and detonated. It is that good. I don't do many reviews. Most already say what they need to say. I wanted to sing this chair's praises and applaud everyone at Secret Lab. Keep doing this and you will continue to lead the pack. TLDR: Buy this product if you want a happy butt and back at the end of the work day or gaming session, or both! This is the last chair I will need to buy and if I ever need a new one I will order it without hesitation. It will tell you shipping is 2-3 weeks but it will be 3-5 days. It will be updated once they ship it out and the carrier updates the tracking.

Obsessed!
I have been on the hunt for a comfortable office chair for ages. I have many friends with Secretlab chairs that raved about them. I finally bit the bullet and splurged on a chair and it was absolutely worth it. I have back and neck problems, and the adjustable lumbar support and the neck pillow are amazing. The chair was easy to put together. While there was a lot of packaging, I appreciated it as everything came in tact even when the box was a bit damaged during the shipping process. The chair is a bit more firm than I am used to, but I'm sure that it as it gets worn over time it will be great. I would much rather have a more firm chair that becomes perfect than my last chair that wore out too quickly. This chair is absolutely worth the extra money. One thing I really loved about these chairs are the ability to customize them. I am short (5'2") so I got the small size. Other chairs due to my size don't sit right, but my chair feels like it was built specifically for me. I chose the fabric material which is extremely comfortable. I am a bit worried about staining so I will be treating it with some scotch guard. One downside is that I am not a huge fan of how hard the arm rests are. I will be upgrading to the memory foam ones. A small, minor downside, but that is a personal preference. Overall, I love this chair and I have many friends who have had theirs for years. This is a wonderful investment and worth the price.

High quality and horribly uncomfortable
The title says it all. Very high quality construction and slick assembly but so uncomfortable I can't stand using it. Pros: easily the best engineered office chair I've ever assembled and I've assembled quite a few. Very good instructions and I really didn't have any issues getting any part of it together. Even more importantly, the chair feels very sturdy and over all feels high quality. Lots of adjustments available for height, arm rests, lumbar, reclining, rocking, basically anything you might want to adjust on a chair. Also mine was made of the light Grey fabric material and I find that it breathes very well and so far it seems like it should hold up well. Cons: despite all of the above, I sort of hate the chair. It just isn't comfortable. Whatever sort of cushion they used has barely any give and the chair feels just slightly better than sitting on a wooden surface. Additionally I find that the adjustable lumbar falls just a bit short. The ability to position the lumbar support up and down works fine but it isn't quite adjustable enough "in and out". I've given the chair several months to try to get accommodated to it and it still just feels stiff and generally uncomfortable sitting in it. I have tried putting a variety of cushions on the seat and these help a bit but it is still overall less comfortable than the previous (much cheaper) office chair. Moral of the story, think long and hard about what you find comfortable in a chair before throwing down what one of these costs. I'm sure some people really do find it to be great since it is obvious a lot of engineering went into it but if you are used to mesh seats or something like memory foam this might not be for you.
