Christmas & Winter Embroidery Patterns

First thing I noticed when seeing this book that led me to purchase it was the vintage look of the pictures on the cover, reminds me of my grandmother’s quilt she made me, as the vintage look and design is what I look for when I choose my patterns. This would be one of those books for you too then. Very nice book, well worth my money spent on it. I don’t use the pattern from the book, I trace it using erasable pens, lightboard and trace paper. Enjoy this book too if you choose it! I love it

A very good book. The author includes such adorable designs and I am currently working on practicing and perfecting my embroidery.

Very nice Christmas designs. I was disappointed not all are shown in color but the website listed does contain most of the pieces.

The images are a little small for what I wanted. But they are nice. Will probably not use the color guide in the back, but nice to have anyway

Very happy with the texture. Easy to work with.

I especially liked the number of diminutive motifs... making it easy to add just a bit of handmade holiday embroidery details to small projects. I used several making anything from dog collars to Christmas stockings.

Nicht, was ich erwartet habe, da ich schon einige andere Stickbücher von hoher Qualität und Mühe gekauft habe. Dieses Buch (was erwartet man auch bei dem Preis und der Menge an „Büchern“ der Autorin) ist aber einfach eine Vorlagensammlung in absolut einfachster und nicht schöner Form. Die Vorlagen an sich sind ok aber es sieht aus als wären es einfach Kopien, die irgendwie zusammengeheftet wurden und dadurch zufällig als Buch verkauft werden. Habe mir von der Qualität der Vorlagen und des Buches etwas anderes vorgestellt.

I liked that there was plenty of variety to choose from and the price was good too.
