e.l.f. Camo Powder Foundation, Lightweight, Primer-Infused Buildable & Long-Lasting Medium-to-Full Coverage Foundation, Deep 500 W

I've been using this Elf foundation for a couple years after using loose power for a decade- complete game changer! I'm 36 and have some age spots, pinkness, and sensitive skin. I only use a thin daily face lotion before applying this foundation and it works great. I'm not a makeup person, I just want something to blend and cover the inconsistency in my skin without looking like I rock face paint. I use Fair 140 and it has the perfect bit of yellow tint to wash out the overly pink areas I don't like.It is definitely buildable if that's what you're about, too, though.One thing I will say is keep your pad clean- as you would anything you regularly rub on your face. I wash mine with soapy water once a week and use a different part of the pad throughout the week. Its just easier to apply when you arent fighting days of layers on the pad.

I tried this as a fluke, as I didn't want to go shopping. I've order several easy less expensive foundations in between. This beats ALL of the "bargains" as well as the more expensive ones. It's very light, yet has incredible coverage. More impressive is the duration in which it lasts. ALL DAY, into the evening. When removing my make up, my face looks & feels smoother. It's scentless. (I prefer my own scents rather than competing ones.) It's non drying. Perfect for mixed skin. I ordered the lightest warm shade, which was slightly lighter than I needed, but it is spectacular for the T zone, under eyes, in eye corners. I'm just so impressed that I could find such a superior product at such a great price. It honestly makes me want to try more of their products. Please DO NOT discontinue because as new people try this product, they won't leave it! I sincerely recommend trying it.

I've been using these for a handful of months so far since my switch from full coverage, cakey and messy liquid foundation or thick stick foundations and I'm still enjoying them! I have hyperpigmentation and sometimes textured skin and would have to cake up my foundation to completely conceal everything even with putting concealer on first. And the stick ones where either too thick or too sheer and oily.But with a little concealer and these powder foundations I get such a soft and even look without looking like I have a mask on! These powder foundations are not so dry and messy like others. You can control the coverage depending how hard you push your brush into it and apply it to your face. Thicker coverage use a very dense brush for lighter more even coverage use a fluffy less dense brush. I do have to mix two shades together to match my skin that's why I give it 4 stars. They don't have a perfect yellow undertone one for medium brown skin that isn't a bit too dark or a bit too light. The coverage lasts for a while. I have combo to dry skin, depends, but this doesn't really dry my face out and I can put my coco butter on and apply it and it won't smudge as easily like other foundations do. I literally had foundations that if I accidently swiped my face my whole foundation would smudge and ruin it. Did I mention I hate liquid foundations?

It's easy to apply and looks natural. It stays on good and feels good. I never feel like my face is being "smothered". My daughter and I won't use any other powder.

I feel scammed. I already wasn't feeling great when it took over a month and multiple change dates to get to me. Then I tried to find the product on elf website and could not. So 2 red flags. Figured it was discontinued or some other reason I couldn't find it like maybe it's just me and I'm the problem. It finally came in over a month from ordering which is a long time considering with prime, most things come in within a week, especially beauty or health products. Immediately, powder mess out the elf box that got all over my fingers before even opening the mirror.(idk what its called that keeps the powder in it) I'm pretty upset but still tried to stay optimistic that some can be saved and used. No. Useless junk. Glad I had it over my sink when investigating because it busted everywhere when I went to open it fully.

This is a great powder foundation. The included applicator sponge distributes the product well, and you can easily control how much you want to apply. I hate the feeling of heavy foundations, and I haven't been bothered by this one - it feels lightweight and not dry, as some powder foundations do.I'm pale and freckled with cool tones, but I've found that shade 125C is too light for me in Elf products; I ordered it in the CC Cream as well and the color is slightly too light, which is weird for me because I'm typically the lightest shade. Shade 150C is definitely the best match for me. Everyone's skin is different, but just be sure to consult the color chart.I've been consistently impressed with Elf products, and this powder foundation is no exception. You really can't beat the quality for the price.
