Good High Quality Product
This arrived quickly and in good shape. So nice to have the "real" product to use in authentic Indian cooking.

Excellent all purpose flour.
My husband has a gluten intolerance so no flour products for us until we went to India for a vacation and discovered he could eat flour products using Indian flour. I've been using this flour to make bread, pasta and cookies. He has no ill effects. I am so happy to be able to bake again.

The name might be misleading
If you don't have experience with this flour, you should know that it is a low-protein product that performs very similarly to cake flour. You should be able to substitute something like King Arthur Unbleached Cake Flour and get similar results. Despite the name, this is not a stand-in for ordinary American all-purpose flour. I would not for instance recommend it for making bread or anything that requires the strength and elasticity of dough made with higher gluten flour. This is not the flour used for making naan.I had no problem with the quality of this product, but it's expensive for what it is.

Extremely expensive but a very good product.
Took out one star because it was extremely expensive, since it is not even organic. The flour itself was very good but expensive. The shipping and packaging was quick and very neat and clean with bubble wrap on top and bottom but the item is expensive in comparison to others offering the same item.

Never thought I'd see a difference in flours, but I did
Love it. The color, texture and aroma make you feel good while you are preparing and kneading the dough. I've used it not only for making naan, but also in other foods that I wanted to "anchor" so it didn't taste as if there was nothing there. For example, in making a French yogurt cake. The cake was still very light, but seemed tastier.
