Sent wrong gig bag….too small for this guitar.

Had a problem with the case size and seller was very quick to remedy the problem. Would highly recommend for others.

Well the package came through FedEx so it took a little longer, so just keep that in mind. When the package arrived everything in the description was included in the box. However the only downside I kind of had is that the bag zipper is really cheap and broke the first day when I went to put my guitar up. So make sure to be careful with that. Overall it plays well and you get what you pay for.

Had it for going on 3 years now but it's been a great guitar. The tuner finally broke but I know how to without it now so it's ok. Still sounds great and knock on wood I haven't had to replace any strings yet. They sent two extra sets with it as well still have both sets. Though I used one string on a different guitar. Great buy for an electric acoustic. It's a full sized guitar too not like the little beginner ones you sometimes end up with on here. Beautiful wood work for the price.

I attempted to remedy a different purchase with this little guitar, which by all appearances was made better and with actual wood. I was excited to open the package, and it was BEAUTIFUL. The soundboard, sides, and back were wood and glossy. The binding was well-set and trimmed. The frets were all dressed well without any bite when sliding my hand down the beck. However, it wasn't meant to be; the entire fretboard was cut incorrectly, making each string a half-step sharp. It only got worse as I traveled down the fretboard, nearly a full step sharp by the 6th fret. The saddle was cut too high, probably designed for a parlor guitar and hastily stuck onto this 1/4-size guitar. It hurt to have to send it back, as it truly was a pretty little instrument, but off it goes.

It was better than what I expected. It's a very nice guitar especially for the price . And it showed up on time . I would definitely recommend this to anyone . Thank you for such a good guitar .

I'd give the 5 stars but the strap which changes with the set isn't ready to be attached to the guitar; we had to buy another strap. Other than than, this is a beautiful guitar for a beginning player.

The media could not be loaded.  I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but having the guitar with scratches and the front design around the hole being scratched off was really upsetting. Then finding that not only was the caring bag ripped it’s too short to fit the guitar! EXTREMELY UPSET as I was looking forward to learning to play all over again :(
