Small portion
Probably my bad for not looking closer when ordering but the portion and package size way smaller than expected. Didnt have enough for recipe i bought it for.

Exactly what you need for easy and safe merengue and mousse
I used this albumen for cooking a mousse dessert and everything came out amazing. Good quality and amount for home cooking.

This is my absolute favorite egg white powder, but it is far too expensive for the amount

Makes even 1% milk foam up like full fat millk
Got this and love it. I read about how starbucks uses egg white powder in it's cloud macchiato - and well, I just had to try it myself. It works. Love it and it doesn't take much - I expect my package to last a long time.

Excellent
Needed egg whites for my royal icing for our Christmas cake. The last couple of years I have used the liquid egg substitutes from the grocery store. But they put yellow coloring in it to make it look like eggs. Used this powdered eggs whites instead and my frosting stayed white.
