So far so good! A week in for taking for detox and energy purposes (I have ME) and I felt pretty immediately that it reduced brain fog and improved energy! So much so that I thought it MUST be a placebo effect. But a week on I've managed to do more light exercise than the the past two months. My mind is blown. Can't wait to see how the next 3 weeks go. Can't comment from a skin point of view like the rest of these comments though - not my reason for taking, I have 'normal' skin and haven't noticed any improvements.

Been using for less than a month. I have read good reviews about the product and that Liposomal glutathione is the best and most soluble right now to purchase. So I gave it a try. My skin feels smoother though, still early days but I have no complaints so far.

I have tried glutathione in different delivery methods (capsules, gummies, liquid) and these softgels, and can honestly say that this is my favourite. I find it hard to tell how much of an effect these supplements have, but can say I feel generally a bit better on glutathione than off it. In liquid/gel form, it smells and tastes absolutely awful, but these softgels didn't have that problem at all and were easy to swallow and were gentle on the system.

I've been using this for 3 weeks now and I see improvements. My skin breaks out often and dark spots appear immediately after. After starting this, I've noticed that the spots fade faster. You should know that the recommended dosage is 2 tablets a day so the entire tub will only last you one month so take that into consideration when buying. Also the capsules are quite big (I've added a video for you to see). They're almost twice as big as the normal Omega 3 capsules you get from SevenSeas so if you have trouble swallowing that, you might not be able to swallow this. In all honesty, I started the Anua Brightening serum the same week I started this so the results may be a mixture of both?
