I bought already a waterpik. I used it for about 10 years. This is a cheaper version of same and works well. I don’t know how long it will last.

Do not buy this flosser or get the Salama care warranty for it.
I bought this flosser around 6 months ago. It suddenly stopped working. I contacted salama care because I purchased their warranty and they refused to fulfill, citing that 1 full year has to pass before their warranty could be used. So I contacted the manufacturer for their own warranty and they did not respond or return my messages. Don't waste your time or money.

NOT BATTERY OPERATED!!!
The product description clearly states that this item is battery powered, which is the only reason I purchased it. When I received the item, I discovered that it is not battery operated at all and must be plugged into an outlet. This is extremely misleading and frustrating. I specifically did not want a plug-in device for use in a toilet area, as I do not feel it is safe or practical to have a permanent extension cord running inside the bathroom, especially near water. If the listing had been accurate, I would not have ordered this product in the first place. The product description needs to be corrected so customers can make an informed decision. Very disappointed.
