Been taking two of these nightly for over a year and I've noticed from the onset that my sleep quality has improved drastically. I combine this supplement with zinc, and I get a full restful sleep every time. I no longer struggle to drift off, wake up several times throughout the night, toss and turn and wake up feeling like I haven't even been to bed at all. Amazing, I was suffering with Insomnia for a few weeks so desperate to sleep properly. I take one a couple of hours before bed and they relax me so much and knock me out! Worked from day 1 for me.
