I am doing intermittent fasting and was wondering if this will break my fast?

Drinking jigsaw does not stimulate insulin production which is the mechanism for breaking your fast. Same for Bulletproof Coffee or black coffee. Some sugar substitutes will stimulate insulin production and should be avoided during your fast - these vary by individual.

Would this be ok to give to my son after hockey games instead of gatorade? or ok to mix in gatorade?
