Giving it 5 stars because I bought it when it was for sale for $100. Had I bought it for something like $200 then I would have definitely given it 4 stars.Pros:1) Detailed instructions and all the tools (even a screwdriver) are provided.2) Frame is pretty sturdy and well madeCons:1) The table top (black) is a freaking finger print magnet. Every time I put my hand on the desk it leaves a full print. It's annoying as hell and the finger prints only come off if you use a wipe.2) They give you a keyboard tray which in my opinion is pretty useless with the whole agronomics of having to elevate your table higher just so you can have a good typing experience because the tray sits lower. INSTEAD they should do away with the keyboard tray and provide something to manage/hide all the cables.3) The size was perfect for my need due to space issues. I feel like this wouldn't be a great desk if you want to have two monitors on it. It's small. I would go with a full size desk instead.Can't comment on the longevity of the motor. If something changes I'll update my review.

Purchased as a birthday present. The assembly was easy. For the most part, the instructions are clear. Definitely have to rely on the pictures as well as the words. Most of the instructions were correct with the exception of the keyboard tray that listed parts M & N differently in the working than the picture. The picture was correct. The provided screws and tools fit well together with the screws seating and fastening securely. Word of caution make everything snug without over tightening, you will strip out the holes.I've purchased much more expensive moveable desks. This one is on par with the look and feel. The main differences were that the more expensive unit had more paneling, and lifted more weight.The desk moves up and down slowly and evenly. This is a first impression reivew, if things change I will update.

Finally, I found a desk that suits my needs. Great quality, the motor works great lifting the top piece, and it's sturdy. Aligning the holes of the work surface with the drill holes was the most tricky part for me. Once, that's done, the hardest part is over. All the tools are provided, too. No need to get an extra Allen wrench or screwdriver.I have my digital piano just 2 inches below where the keyboard tray slides out. Works like a charm. I don't have to reach far to move my mouse or type a keyboard anymore. Whenever I change my chair, I can always adjust the height of the desk. It's a great purchase!

I got this when it was first released on Amazon for under $100 and boy oh boy I should have bought two. I have a standing desk at work, which I love, but all of this work from home business had me missing a real desk chair and the ability to stand when I wanted! I just didn't want to shell out the over $500 that seemed to be the going rate for most standing desks.Well, at $80 this is well worth it. Sure, it isn't quite as sturdy as the desk at the office, and it's a bit smaller also. I still manage to keep two laptops, two external monitors, an external keyboard & mouse, and a few notepads on it. When in sitting mode, it's pretty stable. Only when I raise it to standing mode do I notice a bit of a wobble if I lean on it or type aggressively. Still WELL worth the price.Assembly took a bit of time, but I wanted to be careful with it. Did it solo, so no need for a second person.

Bought this desk but assembly was fairly easy. However the timer doesn't work, which was the main reason I chose this desk. The indicator light comes on, and when the time is up, the indicator light goes out, but there are no beeps or any kind of sound to indicate the timer is up. Contacted the seller. The seller gave me some number to call. No one responds to that number, goes straight to answering machine. They don't bother to call you back. In the meantime, I passed 30 days, and the seller is like it is beyond our 30-day warranty. We can't process any refund, or return. Don't expect any customer service if you buy this desk.

This desk is a steal!! I bought it as soon as I saw it and after putting it together and seeing how well made it is, I ordered another. BUY IT NOW.The directions are easy to understand and I didn't mess up once. They were so well written and easy to understand. It only took me an hour and I did it by myself. IT COMES WITH ALL TOOLS TO! A little philips screw driver and EVERYTHING. I am so pleased with it!(This desk is heavy, may need help moving it)UPDATE: I added a picture! Excuse the mess, I just moved. The second desk has arrived and the quality is just as amazing. This time my wife put it together and she also said it was super easy to follow the instructions!

There are very few 5-“ wide desks and some that are there are expensive. This one was well priced and sturdy, instructions for assembly were very clear, was easy to assemble. It looks nice too. Not used much as I got it only 2 days ago.

I have seen my friends purchasing standing desks for 300 400$, but the problem with those was the desk would come in 2 parts, need to attach it with hinges compromising on the sturdiness and has a wierd partition crease running in the middle of desk making it hard to write on papers. But this desk was awesome, came in a single piece, motor is inside a casing making it less noisy when adjusting the height. Overall a good product for the price.
