comfortable, sturdy, good looking
We've had these about nine months. We bought a new older home, and the room where we watch TV is small. We aren't huge, but we're not small, retired so we're home a lot and according to the rest of the world we are likely physically and mentally challenged due to our age. We find the chairs comfortable. They still look like new. I like the cleaner more modern lines more than the big, old overstuffed looking traditional recliners. They partial- to fully-recline, but the in-between doesn't really stay... Wanting to go back down to the first level (my only complaint and why comfort got 4 stars). I'm 5'6", 200#, when I sit at first level of recline, my heels hang over the foot rest a couple inches, but I have plantar fasciitis and actually prefer that for heel pain/comfort. If you are taller and don't like your feet past the rest, these are not for you. The edge of the rest is rounded, and doesn't cut into our legs. I fall asleep in these more often than I'd like to admit, sometimes even intentionally. If fully reclined, there is actually an increase in the lumbar support so I don't end up with an achy back. These are not huge, fluffy, behemoths, but they fit my big behind comfortably. We think they are comfortable, they fit the smaller room nicely, they look great, seem to be holding up well to a lot of use (morning coffee and news, afternoon rest breaks and lunch, evening dinner tv news... a lot) were easy for us to put together (put the back into the seat), and we're quite reasonably priced.

Excellent Value, However a Few Negatives
Overall I give this product 4 stars but once you consider value it is definitely five stars. (+) Extremely easy to assemble, most of the comfort of a lazy boy recliner but takes up much less size/"footprint", looks nice, extra cushy headrest. Also the footrests fully support my legs when reclined (I'm 5'9", 160 lb). At $110 this is truly an excellent value considering to buy a new lazy boy recliner is at least $250. I also really like the brown color and there is no lingering smell after a few days. The leather material feels nice to the touch. (-) If you put too much weight on the armrests, particularly with your elbows, the frame/support underneath the leather will slightly collapse and deform. Really need to be conscious of how much weight you put on. Also the chair is squeaky whenever you open or close the footrest and you recline. The noise is pretty loud, and I thought this noise would go away but after two weeks it has not. I also wish the seat and backrest were just a bit more cushy and less firm, but still pretty comfy. Also there are only really three positions you can set the recline, any other position you need to perfectly balance your weight or else it will throw you into one of the three positions. To be fair those positions are pretty comfortable. Overall at this price this chair cannot be beat. Perfect for a bedroom or smaller space where you want a recliner or reading chair but want fairly small size. There are a few gripes that are not any a dealbreaker but are important to keep in mind.

Chair is good , it’s for average height people. It’s a lil short but , it’s okay
Chair arrived today ; it was very easy to put together, took my about 3 minutes to put the 4- feet in & just clipped the backside inside the hinges and that was it .. I sat down to get it a feel to see how it felt seating in the chair . It’s a lil short for my it’s for ppl. That is average height. I’m slightly above average in height, I’m 5ft 11 inches tall & I have to slide my head down & body down like an inch & a half to fit in the chair comfortably. If it was 7 ft in length it would be perfect. But it’s 66 inches in length. Just a tab bit shorter. It’s a good chair thought “ it’s comfortable and I like it it’s just a lil short. It’s my first chair I’ve bought , I’ll probably look in getting another that fits a lil better. But I’ll keep this chair . It will be my secondary chair soon 🔜 .

Best Bang For Your Buck Theater Chairs!
Bottom Line: These chairs are perfect home theater seating that can't be beat for the price. Review: Theater chairs are expensive. Stupid expensive. Even crappy old ones from theaters command a premium and the ones actually designed for home theaters are insanely priced. These chairs are the perfect size and don't have lever or button recline releases on the side, so you can butt them next to each other in rows. They are large enough to be comfortable (I'm 6 foot tall and could lay prone comfortably in these) but small enough to squeeze into smaller spaces. Think IKEA sized rather than La-Z-Boy sized. Honestly, the perfect home theater chair and the price is a steal. They came in a single box and assemble in under a minute. I bought 8 and they look amazing - much better than the full-sized reclining Loveseats I was using before and just as comfortable. The build quality is good - not perfect, but you won't find a better chair until you pay much, much more. Comfortable, functional, good looking AND affordable. These chairs are a no-brainer.

I purchased this chair for my mother as her previous, favourite recliner has seen better days after 40+ years of service. Overall, this is an excellent recliner and my mother loves it. First, it's easy to assemble. When you receive the chair, it comes in three parts that requires assembly: the seat (base), the back/headrest and the feet. The plastic feet simply screws onto the base of the chair and doesn't even require tools to install them. Once the feet have been installed, simply slide the backrest over the notched posts and push down until they lock into place. Overall, this recliner has a nice, slim profile, and a super soft backrest that feels like a soft pillow. The armrests are a bit low, and the seat is a little firmer than most recliners but considering the price, I'm nit-picking. My mother also thinks the firmness of the seat is just right for her and she's 100% happy with this recliner and sits in it every night to watch TV. If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable and also stylish-looking recliner, this is a good choice.

I moved into a condo with a very narrow staircase. Most furniture has difficulty getting up this staircase. So this chair was one that was narrow and small enough to get up the stairs. It was easy to assemble with no tools. Just insert the chair back, and screw in the legs. It only weights about 60 lbs so it was easy to get up the stairs by myself. It looks small when compared to a regular recliner, but if you are a person of medium size or smaller, it is large enough. I am 5'10" and 200 lbs and I fit comfortably. The chair itself is very comfortable, and reclines in a couple of positions. The chair is covered in a faux leather which looks good and is easy to clean. I don't know how durable it will be, but for now I am happy with it, especially at its price point.

Easy to assemble and relatively comfortable. This said, the reclining is not great and does not stay in place... although the chair fits well in small spaces, one must keep in mind that space in the back of the chair is required to fully incline. I would not buy again given the reclining not being great.

2 year update: It finally busted! I've got 2 of these and one is still totally fine but the other one now has a busted bolt that holds the back rest so it's all crooked when you recline. These are our every day chairs and have been reclined thousands of times over the past 2 years. Still worth the money and definitely recommend. Review from 2 years ago: Haha, this thing is tiny. I did however read all of the reviews before purchasing so I wasn't surprised. Honestly what can you expect for a brand new $235 recliner chair. I love it though. It's a great space saver. I'm 5' 8 with long legs and my feet hang over the end, but when reclined my head is supported and overall it's a comfortable chair. I definitely got what I paid for, and I'm happy with my purchase. This isn't as small as a child's chair by any means, but I'd recommend this for someone who has s little extra cash and wanted a cool extra seat for their child or grandchild. Or, if you're just starting out and want some inexpensive sleek looking furniture. Or if you're like us, and needed an extra seat that wouldn't take up a ton of room. This would also fit well in an RV slide if you're replacing your furniture! I would not recommend this chair to anyone who's over 6 ft as your every day comfy seat. It's fine for sitting and reclining for a short while for someone this size, but that's about it :)
