Easy to store slim packet. Easy to swallow tablets

Good but I got dependent on it and wanted to KMS when I came off it lol, be careful with it, don't take more than your body tolerates and maybe don't take it every single day, you have to figure it out yourself, everyone is unique

I’ve done a lot of my own research into the supposed benefits of Huperzine. I was a little bit hesitant buying this supplement as the dosage is high at 200mcg. I wanted to be starting at around 50mcg and go from there as that seemed to be the advice that I’ve read. I thought ok I will just take it maybe every second or third day instead. Upon taking it I felt very alert and focused. Similar feeling to caffeine. However the effects do rumble on as Huperzine can stay in the body for around 14 hours. Day two and three I just had a lingering headache and increased feelings of anxiety. On the third day I took another capsule. Exactly the same thing again. Feelings of focus, but felt rubbish with it. TLDR, I just don’t think my body can tolerate this in this dosages. Do your research and take a low dose to start with. Sadly I think this will be going in the bin and won’t buy again.

These Nutrality Huperzine A capsules are definitely a borderline supplement for me. I'm not convinced that they've helped my mental acuity over the past months but it's possible and occasionally when taking them you feel something like a Caffeine headache. Then you read the possible side-effects and even if they're extremely rare they don't seem worth the risk. I'm happy to have tried them but I won't be continuing. Any benefits were not significant enough to justify the expense or possible risk of side-effects.

Review from my husband: I'm all up for trying new things and when I saw this I was definitely interested in reaping the benefits this supplement offers. I would love to have better cognitive functions and better memory as I'm nearly 50 and things get a little hazy, so I was intrigued to learn the potential health benefits from this little herb, and if it does what it should do then I’m all in. I've only been using it for a few days so there are no noticeable benefits but look it up, it promotes mental health and well-being and can even suppress depression, and it's an ancient remedy for Alzheimer’s according to the Chinese, and they know a thing or two. I'm all up for natural remedies so I will persevere and update this review accordingly. 4/5 it is well-priced and easy to take, so yeah, I'm so far happy with trying it.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around two months. Pretty good value for money at just under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. Certainly one to consider for your mental alertess health.
