Q: How to connect fan to panel, fan has blue and black cables, this came with no diagram or instructions and only 4 screws, for the fan, no panel screws

My panel had Black and red wire with tight connectors to connect the fan wires into it . I did have a question like you and I remember calling the manufacture either by looking it up on the Internet or finding the name and phone number in the packaging. They did call me back and we’re very helpful . It is a small fan and does not put out much air movement . But the solar panel is decent size and powerful I will eventually find another fan to connect to it .

Q: How does the fan turn off and on?

Once everything is connected fan and panel. The fan will come on as soon as the sun hits the solar panel. When the sun goes down the fan goes off. It is completely controlled by the sun.

Mine is in my wifes green house14X14ft works perfectly full sun full speed cloudy half speed.
