This is a nice pill - easy to swallow and you only need one with each meal. I can’t tell how well it works yet, but I’m almost finished with the first bottle. It’s completely tasteless and I have had no side effects nor upset stomachs.

Has been very helpful for joint pain relief in my hands, hips and feet. Highly Recommend.

I’ve only been taking for a couple of weeks so I can’t attest to seeing any changes. I do like having a plant based calcium option. The dosage is a recommended 3 capsules but that’s more than I feel I need or want to take. I take 2 daily and expect to get the rest of my calcium needs from my food intake.

I’m still working on my first bottle, but I will be subscribing, because this is the only calcium that does not make me sick to my stomach and make my joints hurt. I have osteopenia, I’m trying to keep it from turning into osteoporosis. My doctor personally has several patients that have increased their bone density taking the AlgaeCal with exercise and proper diet.

Good product and quality ingredient, but causes constipation.

I'm taking this brand of calcium to support my bones.
