I decided to add more detail since I saw some of the bad reviews. This pic was my second time buying the light and dark wine color (formerly called wine and purple, but same color). The first time I did it, I crocheted in individuals (was my first time doing box anything, and it came out pretty decent) and had a good amount left over. I think I bought 2 orders which come with 3 packs in each order. The last two times I pre-twisted the hair myself and had it crocheted in by someone else (quicker to install). Individuals were done in the front. It did not take my hair out. Tip 1: If you are afraid it is going to take your hair out, crochet it in...even the front. The curl pattern is the same in every piece they give per pack. Tip 2: The person twisting the hair has to make sure not to twist against the curl. If it looks crazy, try twisting the other way. I did not experience tangling with this hair. In fact it was MUCH MUCH easier to use this hair than some of the other brands I have used. I also spray wet the hair with some water and add a twist defining cream to make it even easier. The cream gives it a shine and helps with the twisting process. My friend who crocheted it in for me is a hair stylist and also said the hair felt very good (without the cream or water). Tip 3: Watch some of the recommended videos for the hair. I'm not a professional hair stylist, I suck at braiding, so twisting is my only option. lol I am surprised I could even do this! This brand made it so much easier for a novice like me. Tip 4: If you have sensitive skin, you may want to pre-wash the hair. I believe they have directions in the package on how to do that. I absolutely love this hair. Just received my order of this color in the 12 inch length (CANNOT WAIT TO USE!!!) It gives me the pop color I want without being overbearing. In this pic, I mixed some of the black 1b spring twist 8 inch hair with some of their light and dark wine 8 inch. Some of the twists are without the black. I did more without the black this time around. The quality and texture of the hair is great. I highly recommend this brand if you plan to do spring twists. I might try another color if I ever get over my addiction to this one.

This hair is exactly what they claim it to be and worth the buy. It is super soft, easy to stretch, and really great quality. This was my first time doing Spring twist and my style came out just how I wanted. I had minimal fall out from the hair as I twisted and very little tangling. This is a very light weight and soft style compared to my traditional go to, Marley Twists. Definitely buying again in another color...maybe T1b27? We'll see. I'm no beautician but the style took me 6hrs on the dot. I did not separate the hair to make more pieces but I did fluff it out/stretch it. I achieved a very full look with 2 1/2 of the packs provided.

I got this hair in 1B/Burgundy. The hair is great. You get three packs which is enough for a full head of twists, unless you have larger head, then you may need to buy two orders and use one additional pack for fullness. Fullness can also be adjusted by fluffing out the hair prior to twisting. The color is very bright, but if twisting it into your own hair the color will be muted along the length of your hair. I had crochet twists so the color is a little brighter, but it definitely has a ombre affect. Each set of hair comes with 3 packs that are in separate bags, and held together in netting. There was a slight smell, but no more than other hair I have used. I always do a apple cider/shampoo soak of the hair prior to installation because I have had issues with hair in the past, so I am not sure if you can use this right out of the pack. Each set comes with a crochet needle, metal hair jewelry, and a free gift (this particular color had false lashes).

I purchased the 12 inch T1B 350 and ordered 2 packs of hair. I bought the second pack just in case the first 3 bundles wasn't enough, but I only ended up using 2 of the 3 - and that was using 2 strands per twist. I thought the 12 inch would be short, but when stretched it comes well below bra strap. Pros - soft, color, lightweight, price Cons - does get tangled, after first wash mine was really rough and dry feeling. I have type 4 hair and this blended well(with and without stretching it). I soaked it in distilled vinegar and water so I didn't experience itching. Would recommend to just try it out

I made this purchase as a recommendation of a youtube video that I watched. The hair was exactly as described. It was soft, inexpensive, manageable, light, true to color, fluffy, great curl pattern, easy to apply and it DIDN'T itch!!!!!!!!!! I have severe eczema and I cannot wear hair extensions for more than a day or 2. My scalp doesn't itch, my skin hasn't broken out in a rash, my head doesn't feel heavy and weighed down, I don't feel any tension on my edges and I'm able to sleep without feeling as though I'm wearing extensions. I've never been able to apply extensions to my hair before without it looking awkward, uneven, blunted ends and unprofessional. However, this hair was so easy to apply that it felt effortless. My husband said that it looked so natural and it was the best hair extension I've ever worn. CON: Do not pull each strand apart into 2!! It's time consuming and the hair turns into a tangled mess. Just fluff each piece before applying it, braid about 5 strands down from the scalp (use shine & jam on your own hair to prevent it from frizzing), and twist the remainder of the strand down to the ends. Highly recommended and I will definitely be repurchasing this hair.

Also got frizz very easly.. I will not use it again. But isn’t that bad for my first time trying this hair style

The product is different from what I expected. It tangled immediately looking as old and worn out like 2months old hairdo. Didn't like it.

The hair came just as it was advertised on Amazon. The only problem I had was the very overpowering chemical smell but I was able to get rid of it using my shampoo. I love the look I achieved with it and I will be rocking it for some time.

Hair came fast, I was initially worried that the three packs that came in my order wouldn't be enough as I have pretty full hair but I ended up using only 2.5. I got 1B-30 and the color is exactly like in the picture. The hair did start tangling a bit after a couple of weeks but that's a given with this type of hair. Didn't really affect me a tol. Will be buying again.

Loved these! They look so great twisted and they lasted long. I would say they are better off as a summer style (when I can spray my hair down daily) because the extensions dry my own hair out.
