I just put my desk together (took 20 minutes by myself and was super easy, even without instructions). It seems to be really good quality. The color is a warmer wood tone. Not too much yellow in it. I was worried when I saw the legs of it being more yellow orange but the top was beautiful and brought it all together. It's a beautiful piece. I had no issues with my desk. I will update if things change but, so far, I am happy.

Loved the design. Came damage free. No problem putting on legs. Screw holes lined up. Packaging very good. Definitely use a desk top blotter or protector. You don’t want to mess up the beautiful top. Use coasters for drinks. Great writing desk. Perfect size for my son’s room. Reminds me of the “Hundred Acre Wood”.

As soon as we opened the box we saw it was a yellow/ orange color - nothing like photos online- and didn’t work at all in our room. Didn’t try to assemble it but quality of wood seemed nice, unfortunately was way too far off photos for us to keep it.

This solid wood desk is just beautiful. It really encapsulates upscale farmhouse design. Let’s get down to the details:1. One corner was dented in pretty badly. I did not want to go through the trouble of packing it back up & returning it, so went forward with assembly.2. No instructions whatsoever, but none were really needed. It’s nearly impossible to mess this up.3. Two of the legs had the holes for the feet perfectly centered, and the other two were off center, and one of those wasn’t installed on the level. This resulted in being able to see two of the feet sticking out from the side of the table legs once it was fully assembled & upright; and one of those feet not sitting flat on the ground. This upsets the perfectionist in me.4. Because of the feet not all sitting perfectly flat, the desk had a very slight wobble & just didn’t feel nearly as sturdy as a very similar desk that I have that’s got metal legs. Once I moved it to sitting atop an area rug, the wobble was less obvious. I do think additional bracing (there are two pieces of wood on the underside to stabilize the legs) would be beneficial & add greatly to the sturdiness of this desk.5. The desk surface itself is so smooth. Its been sanded to perfection, and the matte finish of the stain is beautiful, but I’m not sure if it’s properly sealed, so be sure to use coasters.In all, it’s a gorgeous piece of heirloom quality furniture, with a few minor flaws in its construction. I heartily recommend it though, it’s thick, solid wood furniture for around the same price you’d pay for a desk made from composites.

I'm not sure the product photo really captures how great this desk looks. The wood is thick, solid, the woodgrain is beautiful, the legs go in at a deliberate angle.It's a large desk that really has presence and is plenty of space for a laptop dock, monitor, and paperwork. It lacks drawers, etc, but it's so clean this way that I really recommend having some contained storage to the side somewhere but having this clean desk for working with focus.Ours arrived extremely well protected, with two layers of cardboard and a wrap of foam. Though the outer box was damaged, our desk looked great. It's important to note this thing is pretty heavy and sometimes heavy items get handled poorly in shipping these days. It's basically a big block of wood with four blocks of wood for legs, so it's substantial.The wood has a pretty nice finish on it, but I would add a little oil once in a while to keep it looking good. It's easy to clean and fairly water resistant.The shape of the desk, the way the wood is beveled, takes the edge away and is super comfortable for your wrist. I still use a little wrist rest by my keyboard, but for writing the desk on its own is really comfortable. I also think the bevel has a natural appearance (though it was actually sanded down into this shape).Construction quality is great. This desk looks like it costs much more, and the way the boards are attached, the woodwork for the legs, it's simple and rock solid.This is a striking desk in person and I really love it.

No hardware, no assembly instructions. Nada. Nada. Nada. I have the desk on the floor and no idea what to do.

This is a rustic design table/desk. I actually use it in our living room as a table to keep pictures and decor on. It's rustic looking which fits our farmhouse design. This thing is heavy! Very well constructed. I would highly recommend.
