Lifesaver!!
I'm very happy I could find a pad for bowel movement. My husband has gastroparesis and there are times when he has an accident. I looked for months and couldn't find anything. This should work fine for him when an accident happens. Thanks, and keep up with good work.

Absorbent
Use these for my dad, his normal adult diaper with this liner as well at night or when going to Dr visits, I find them to be very absorbent.

Maybe they add absorbency, at the cost of leakage - gotta be crafty
Okay... so at first you're like "hey, these look well designed and well made." However, they don't make sense. Their shape, doesn't mimic the shape of the diaper they are supposed to boost. The "flared" ends actually flatten the leg/leak guards built into the diaper. This creates a channel that equals... embarrassing wet paints leaving the theater. I find, that if you keep them folded as they are in the package, they are the exact width of the leak guards in the ATN diaper and fit between them well. Technically, the back side will be against your skin, but the difference in texture... is nearly unperceivable. Used as intended... the don't add value. Unfortunately, we bought a CASE of these things. So, I'll be stuck using them for a while. We'll be going back to our other brand when these run out. Cheers, hope this helps.

Probably Misunderstood Expected Performance
I will have to admit I probably misunderstood the performance I should expect with these passthrough pads. The description does say the urine passes through to the brief / diaper. The problem is you have to replace everything -- pad / brief / diaper / protective pads that are on bedding. So, what is the purpose of the pad? You are not really adding capacity because when the pad is wet the brief / diaper is wet, especially at night during sleep. The result is serious leakage when wearing during the day resulting in numerous clothing changes. At night, I was changing both pad and pullup plus protective under pads and sheets because no capacity was being added due to passthrough. Now I am purchasing LivDry Super Absorbent Pads. Urine does not passthrough LivDry, and I do not have to change it or the pullup during the night unless there is a bowel movement. Protective under pads and sheets are not wet. The LivDry pocket is fully functional, so if you put it on correctly -- placing Mr. Pepper in the pocket -- you should not have leakage. Just make sure Mr. Pepper is in the pocket. This review is based on use with a man, not a woman.

Be More Confident With These Very Absorbant Booster Pads
If you have heavy urine leakage and already use a diaper, there may be times when that is not enough. Long trips or overnight you may need more padding and absorbancy to prevent embarrasing leaks. A booster pad is the answer. These booster pads are hourglass shaped just like the padding of a standard tape-on diaper. They do not have a plastic backing, so they must be used with a diaper or disposable absorbant underwear. They fill to capacity then allow urine to pass through into the padding of the diaper or underwear they are worn inside. They do not have an adhesive tape to hold them down, but this makes them easier to change out without untaping the host diaper. They can be folded to place the extra padding right where you need it. I sleep on my stomach, so I keep them folded up so all of the padding is in the front of the diaper to triple up the absorbancy. If you sleep on your back, you can do the opposite. They can also be folded along the length to fit between the leakguards for daytime when you need all around extra absorbancy. These booster pads add an extra 13.6 oz of absorbancy. They work great for me with Tranquility ATN diapers. I highly recommend this product for anytime you need extra security.
