Mine works great.
No complaints at all. Dents likely happen during shipping but mine arrived in perfect condition. The bottom is perfectly flat. No rocking or wabbling when I set it on the countertop to check it, or when steaming on my electric stove. I got the 24 qt size and took off 1 star for "easy to clean" because it's so big it doesn't fit easily in my sink. But I wanted a big-a** teamer pot and this definitely a big-a** pot! But the aluminum material cleaned up nicely. The legs on the steamer rack require you to get into a semi-tight space but the rest is just washing up smooth surfaces. Some reviewers complained the lid didn't fit because the pot was out-of-round but my lid fit perfectly.I took off 1 star for durability because it's fairly lightweight material and probably would get damaged pretty easily if handled carelessly. But it's a big pot and if made of heavier gauge metal it would be too heavy. Since others complained about the bottom being warped, I didn't use the highest heat setting. I brought the water up to steaming on medium to med-high which maybe took a few minutes longer but the bottom stayed flat and even. It's sturdy enough to do the job it's intended for.The steamer rack sits well off the bottom with enough room for just under 1 gallon of water. With a good fitting lid you can steam for hours without having to add water. Running out of water is probably a good way to warp the bottom. So just for kicks, I tested it and after 4 hours of steaming on medium to medium-high heat there was still plenty of water left. I'm going to guess about 30% left so you could probably steam for 5 hours, maybe more.Regarding capacity: I bought this for making tamales. This was my first attempt and my consistency for making them the same size (or even the right size..) wasn't the best. But I put 45 tamales in this 24qt steamer. I placed around 35 or so standing upright and 12 to 15 or so lying flat on top. There was room for 8 or 10 more but I imagine you don't want to crowd the top or pack them too tightly in the vertical position to ensure good steam circulation. Overall I'm very happy with it.

It's like they tried to find the worst sticker material possible
It's 2020 and manufacturers are still putting the most delicate and frangible stickers, with bulletproof adhesives, on to cookware. I don't understand why they feel it necessary to apply a giant 6x4 sticker on the side of the pot, a sticker that fragmented into a thousand pieces when trying to remove. Not only did they slap a giant sticker on the side, but there's a barcode sticker on the BOTTOM OF THE POT. Maybe they like to heat their pots from the side wherever they're from, but where I am we usually like to heat from the bottom. Not only was this sticker next to impossible to remove, but the adhesives used could possibly account for 30% of the cost of the unit. This was some military grade, high speed - low drag, superindustrial, nanotech adhesive. Completely and utterly unnecessary.I probably should have spent the extra $10 and gone with a higher quality pot.

Huge pot
This thing is huge, I used it to wet brine a 22 pound turkey and it fit perfectly. Plenty sturdy to lug turkey and brine, probably 40 pounds and handles were fine. Love it

Does not sit flat
It is a cheaper product, which is reflective in the quality. For the money, it is a good value (not great). Most disappointing was that when it comes to a boil, it does not sit flat, so it makes a knocking sound on my stove (I have a glass top). Once it reduces to a simmer, it stops making that noise. Also, they put the tag on the bottom with industrial strength glue which is very difficult to remove. Tie it with some string around the handle, please.

very impressed with 24qt.
I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the this stainless steel pot. It is must sturdier than most other pots at this price. I plan on using it as a brew kettle and fermenter. Since I want to ferment in this pot, I am a bit concerned about the riveted handles. It also would have been nice to have graduations. I would recommend this brand again. Update: first batch came out very good. Thank you GasOne.

cooking pot
I have had a large soup pot for years, but nothing like this. It is made from thick aluminum, yet very light. And being able to hold 6 gallons of liquid, I can make my soups ahead of time and freeze for later. (The taste even better as leftovers.)

6 U.S. GALLON POT
Ideal size for everything from seafood cooking to beer making.Typically, as in this pot, the bottom metal thickness is smaller than the rest of the pot. This may be likely to the fact that the heating area (bottom) is almost always supported by the stove grate or propane burner support. No need for extra metal. Just some extra care needed not to strike it while handling the pot.The finish is very nice and the lid fits well but a silicon seal would be nice for those times when steaming.Recommended.

Good bang for your buck!
Bought this pot to boil maple sap. So far so good. Im using it outside on a propane burner and its great! Fairly heavy pot and great value for the money

Bottom is extremely thin and overly flexible
Even on an extra large electric burner, the pot rocks/oscillates back and forth no matter how much liquid is in it. This seems to be due to the very thin bottom. Too bad. If it had a thicker bottom (i.e. via a heat spreader) it would have been an awesome pot for hot water bath canning, home brew, and large batches of chili.
