I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Unfortunately, I live in a place with hard water that will require the valve to be replaced within the next 5 - 10 years. With better known brands such as Moen or Kohler, the valves are replaceable as a cartridge and I wouldnt need a plumber. My plumber recommends that I return this unit and buy something more standard and repairable. This unit would have required a plumber and a lot of work when the valve corroded within the next five years. If I had soft water, I would definitely purchase this unit, the craftmanship and cost are outstanding.

I ordered two of these showerheads for my double head shower. I love the look and the clean lines, and they work great. I also put in a bathtub and wanted to get another one of the 4 inch plates behind the handles so it would match. I contacted them and their customer service is excellent. They responded very quickly and followed up with every detail. I highly recommend this company and the products they sell.

This shower head is well built and looks great in my remodeled shower. The shower head delivers a high volume of water with nice pressure. The customer service is great with a quick response. One of the silicone nozzles developed a small tear when I was cleaning the shower head. I contacted their customer service and they sent me several replacements and stayed in touch with me until the pieces were delivered. Chen Tingjie was a pleasure to deal with.
