I am a cancer patient and have to drink a massive amount of water to flush out the Chemotherapy. I didn't drink much water before, and this device helped me break that habit and learn to drink 2 liters of water daily. That is a lot, and I couldn't have done this without Hidrate Spark. Literally this helped save my life going through Cancer treatment. Note: The sip lid is VERY FRAGILE. If you are like me, I drop things easily. There is a tab over the sip cover that breaks really easily. It is clearly a product design defect. To fix this I ordered some thermoplastic and just added a layer of it on the back of the tab. Do this as soon as you get your thermos. Otherwise, it will break within a few days. If any stress hits the tab while it is open, it just snaps off, and then you can no longer drink out of the container. It is a simple fix that I wish they would address. Before I figured out this I ordered and went through 8 of the lids. You can buy them on the manufactures website but they are not cheap and you have to buy a minimum order or they hit you with $20 shipping. So be sure to just add some thermoplastic to the back of the flap that covers the drinking straw. Since I have done this I have gone almost a year without it breaking. The other option is to order the Chug-style lid. Die Flasche ist gut verarbeitet und das Tracking funktioniert bis jetzt zuverlässig. ABER…in der Beschreibung steht „kostenfreie App“, ja die Grundfunktion ist kostenfrei, möchte man aber den vollen Funktionsumfang nutzen , muss man ein Abo abschließen und jeden Monat weiterzahlen… Übrigens muss man bei der App der Englischen Sprache mächtig sein, es gibt keine Deutsche Version!

Ich bin Kaffeetrinker und wollte etwas, dass mich zum Wasser trinken motiviert! Gemeinsam mit der App kann die Flasche mich am laufenden halten, ob und wann es wieder Zeit zum Trinken geben. Praktisch, wenn man zu einem gesunden Lebensstil einlenken möchte! Gelungenes Konzept für jemanden, der Gadgets liebt!

I loved this bottle but needed to return it. It's just too big! It's too big to fit in any vehicle cup holder, and too large to really carry around. If you aren't in need to carry it much, it's great. It was accurate and I learned quickly how to use it because there is some nuance to using it. Otherwise, it was a great purchase. I bit pricey, but if you want to track your water, this is the way to go. The app is ok for the free part, but it's $15 a year, which makes it a little more than a dollar a month and not a subscription. It lets you add a lo0t of other liquids to track. All in all, a great bottle and if size isn't your worry, then you have found a great companion.
