This worked really well. I used this to perform a warm pull after flushing old filament.

I was very impressed after trying "cold pull" for the first time. I was able to see that the cleaning filament was not running clear. I did a couple cold pulls. The filament running clear and nearly straight out of the nozzle. I immediately ran the oldest filament I have on hand and it printed my part perfectly.

The short: It worked for cleaning out the nozzles in my situation. This is cleaning filament to help clean out stuck or caked on pieces of old filament inside of your nozzle. It will generally only work if you have a partial clog. If you notice that your printer is under extruding, then this may help clean out the partial clog. This is the best solution that I've found to get rid of partial clogs. I can usually get rid of a partial clog with 1 or 2 passes. I was able to get it to work with a full clog, meaning that I could not push any of the old filament out. I was able to clear it out with this stuff and a hot needle. It took me many passes of heating and cooling my hot end. It took a lot of patience, but I was able to do it without taking everything apart. Your mileage may vary. This will NOT help you if you have a piece of broken filament stuck (which sometimes happens). You will need to figure out a different way to clear the clog. I would recommend anyone that 3d prints frequently to pick up roll. It will last you a very long time.

Used in a Qidi Q1 Pro, It cleaned the nozzle but then my new filament wouldn’t feed just grind. At first I thought it was stuck in the hotend and cursing. The unmelted part of this filament was just getting chewed up and not feeding. A 5 min fix to clear it and all was well. I’ll try it one more time on the next change but having to remove the hotend and push out the unused piece is not worth the trouble.
