400W power with 3 programs and very solid build
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for 2 reasons:- to grow spouts which are extremely healthy- to use it for my video projects as the light is very powerful.In the box there is the main panel, the power cable and the adjustments to hang it and the user manual. The installation took me around 20 min including the holes i had to make(mind please, you will probably have to buy some hooks for a complete setup).To use this lamp is very easy, on the side there are 3 buttons that I constantly use based on the stage of growing the sprouts and as well, after checking the instructions from the user manual I found the right distance to get the best results.Build in quality:Amazing! I know there are plenty of other lamps way cheaper but this one is a good long term investment. There are a large number or leds(white and orange) and the frame is made from solid metal. In terms of weight, as I recall it is around 6 gb so its size it is pretty lightweight. The good part is that I can leave this on for days and I dont have to worry that it will warm up(in my case it ran for 5 days without stopping it and everything was fine).I also use this lamp for the videos that I film because of the 400w power which is quite a lot and I know really well how to work with lights so I can conform that the spread area of light is concentrated on a small surface which for growing plants is perfect.Things that I don't like about this light: at the moment none.For my use this product is a win win for both activities I use it for this is why I call this is a good purchase.
