Best protein shake I’ve ever swallowed
I’ve gotten these numerous times, CONSTANT reorder for me, these are essentially my breakfast and I’ve had every flavor, they all honestly taste like flavored milk, and I’m a major nesquik fan so I promise the taste is sweet and enjoyable and not fake or chemically. Plus the sugar is really low, which is obviously ideal, can’t be drinking liquid donuts for breakfast, it’s fairly filling, a bit smaller in quantity I’d maybe pair with a banana if you don’t wanna raw dog the first 8 hours on 11 ounces of liquid like me, it barely even requires shaking up, there’s no clumps at all there’s no CHALK. like it’s so enjoyable to drink, can’t even tell it’s a protein shake but it’s up there on the market as far as how high quality it is, the ingredients are good, the brand is good, it’s a little pricey yes but for the gains it’s WORTH IT. buy every flavor. Also the vanilla tastes really good paired with my black coffee as like a creamer substitute, plus I can stretch my coffee intake so I can have multiple cups and get caffeine AND protien all in one!!! 20/10 buy this stuff.

The best flavor and nutrition for a reasonable price 👍❤️
Excellent!! One of the best low sugar supplement shakes I’ve had and I’ve tried many!!! My doctor wants me on them but brands like Boost and MM just because their brand they charge way too much for me to be on everyday. I have gallbladder issues and can’t have sugars but want a good tasting vanilla protein shake. This is the top choice for me now. Great taste low sugar and great prices. Thanks so very much! Such a lifesaver!

Gold Standard
ON shakes are awesome to keep around. Taste good. Never gotten a lumpy or 'bad' one like I have occasionally from other brands. Price is always great. They call it Gold Standard for a reason.

Great post-workout drink
This shake gives me the right amount of protein after a workout, and I don’t need to mix anything—it’s grab-and-go. The flavor is nice, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some others. The texture is smooth with no clumpiness, and the thickness is just right—not too heavy. It also works well as a light meal replacement when I’m in a rush. The smell is mild and not overpowering. Only 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey compared to similar products. Still, the mixability and overall quality are excellent.

Delicious, Filling, High-Protein
These are a great source of protein (24 g) and low in calories. I ordered both the Cafe Latte and the Strawberry; both are delicious and filling - perfect for before my morning pilates and a quick afternoon snack.

Fast and Furiously Convenient
I am an avid, incredibly average, gym-goer. As a 31 year old, I've reached that point in my life where I have accepted I'll never be a professional athlete, but do wish I could still train and look like one someday...That being said, I've taken protein supplements for the better part of two decades. I've succumbed to focusing on 4 main aspects when it comes to protein supplements:1) taste2) convenience3) amount of protein4) cost benefit analysisTASTEThis does the job. Throw the packs in the fridge, shake a bit, and enjoy. They're as good as protein shakes will ever get with least amount of effort.CONVENIENCEDon't need shakers, no clumping, no lugging around big protein containers. Its too easy. So easy, I accidentally hand them out to my gym partners like candy, thus requiring me to order twice as many.PROTEINPlenty of protein. I usually pair with a protein bar as well.COSTSaves on time. Think about it. Probably takes you 5 minutes everytime you make a shake. Between getting the bottle, adding powder, adding fluid, shaking vigorously, drinking, then cleaning the bottle just to repeat after each workout. Multiply that by 4 times a week and that equals like DAYS worth of just prepping protein shakes. INSANE. I open my fridge and drink this bad boy saving DAYS.All in all. 5 out of 5.
