These water-soluble sheets are amazing for hand sewing and embroidery. They’re very easy to use—just trace your design, stick the sheet on your fabric, and sew over it. When you’re done, it washes away completely with water!They save so much time and make your stitches look clean and neat. Perfect for beginners and pros!

I bought these transfers specifically to use on clothing I wanted to embellish. The first use was for a vintage (1950s) Pendleton 49er’s wool jacket. There was a small stain I wanted to cover up. It worked perfectly! The design stayed in place and was easy to embroider over. I was concerned about using it on the wool as it’s supposed to be dry cleaned. I used warm water on the transfer part only and it came right off! I stretched the fabric and dried it between towels and it turned out great! There is one more stain near the shoulder I’m going to cover up.

Embroidery has been my hobby since I was 12 (am now 75). I was skeptical of this type of transfer, so it took a long time before I decided to give it a go. Wow! I am so impressed, I may not go back to iron on transfers. In response to comments that transfer does not come off, use warm water, cold water will not work.
