No directions and Ai gave me the run around with diluting instructions but for an adult is 1:1 benzyl and water(do not use tap water as it contains lots of impurities and chemicals) 1:3 for children and infants. Test on yourself don't test on the child. Good practice to check with your Dr or physician before using anything you don't know about

Benzol is very potent and should be tested on tender skin like inner thy. I would NOT put this on little babies as some information may imply. It is strong enough to turn silver to tarnish black. It etched my $500.00 prescription glasses lenses. It melted my plastic barrettes and combs and clips for example. So there isn't much information about dilution rates and no instructions about uses on the label. I keep the product but have no idea how I would use it. Perhaps to get ink out of fabric?

This product needs to come with a warning about how seriously this can burn your eyes if you're not careful. I diluted this to such a great degree and used it to wash my hair. Literally a cap full in a big bottle of water. I tried to avoid getting it in my eyes as I do with any shampoo but it did get my eyes and the burn was horrific. I thought I was going to have to call emergency services and would lose my eye sight. It took over 10 minutes of washing my eyes out with water and hysterical crying before it finally tapered the burn. When I contacted Amazon to let them know they offered me a refund. I suppose this type of situation isn't on the script for the customer service Representatives. But I wanted to write this to warn anyone who buys this.

Weird odor but worked ok. Use in a well Ventilated area. I must have had a weak batch as I used it full strength- dabbed on bug bites only and THEN added steroid cream on top. Some kind of oak tree mite infestation in our trees here- they bite people and it’s similar to scabies. Very very itchy, very hard to get relief. I’ve been itching for a month and using various topical treatments, this is less expensive than many others. Doctor saw bites and was no help really, gave oral steroids which had a limited effect on itching. That being said, this is just my experience with it. Be very careful and use it diluted, until you know how you react. I did not put it on face, only arms n legs. Have used it twice a day for two days now, and although there’s still itching it’s not like I want to tear my skin off anymore.
