Great Fan upgrade to my RV
**Great Fan - Easy Installation!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently installed the 2012 Air Max 14" Vent RV Roof Vent Reversible Exhaust Fan and I'm very pleased with it! The installation process was straightforward and much easier than I anticipated. The fan operates extremely quietly as advertised - the ultra-low sound feature really delivers. The remote control is convenient, and having the rain sensor gives great peace of mind that the vent will automatically close when needed. One important note for other RVers: depending on your roof thickness, you may need to order the 5.5 inch interior trim piece separately. My roof required this larger trim, but it was easy to obtain and install. Overall, this is an excellent ventilation fan that provides great airflow, quiet operation, and convenient features. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their RV ventilation system!

Very nice fan
Excellent packaging. Easy to install. Very easy to hook the wires up. Very good quality. Been using it for a while now. Fans nice and quiet until you get to like 3:00 or 4:00 then it's a little loud. But other than that it is a nice fan with rain detection on it and love that because if it starts raining it will close or if you use remote you can go to rain mode and you can still open it up. Just a little bit and the blue lid. You don't really notice the blue inside from the sunlight. It don't give you like that blue haze. It's just still. Sunlight seems to be nice. We like it. The functionality of is very well. The durability seems pretty good. Power seems very good. It definitely moves. Some air looks nice inside and out!

Worth the upgrade
I installed this 14" Air Max roof vent fan on my RV and honestly I’m really impressed. It moves a ton of air, and the fact that it can pull air in or push it out makes a huge difference depending on the weather. The fan is super quiet too — way quieter than I expected — so I can actually leave it running at night without it bothering me. The rain sensor is a nice touch. It automatically closes when it starts raining, which already saved me once when a storm rolled in while I was away from the camper. Installation was straightforward and it fit my 14x14 opening perfectly. Overall, this fan works great, feels solid, and makes the RV so much more comfortable. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Very nice product, High quality construction
I bought this as a lower cost alternative to a similar Maxxair product for my small camping trailer. Once installed, I was very impressed with the quiet operation at lower fan speeds. It seems to move a lot of air efficiently in either an exhaust or intake mode. The build quality of the fan is very nice. The fit and finish are excellent. The cover seems to be tinted acrylic and the mounting flanges are a softer plastic. I made sure to cover ALL of the exposed flange material with lap sealant to protect against UV just in case. The bug screen is easily removable for cleaning and the local controls are easy to use once you figure them out. The seller provides his What'sApp contact info and is very involved and responsive to questions and additional needs. This followup care is very nice and makes this product stand out. Cons: It does not come with sufficient installation or use instructions. It takes some online research to figure out how to install it or use it. It ships with a short 3" interior flange. I had to have the seller ship me an optional 5" flange for $15 extra which added delay. The 5" flange/trim sort of snaps together and does not look very nice once installed. The nice fan deserves a better presentation to the interior of the camper. The screws are unpainted and clash with the white decorative flange/trim. Overall this fan is a winner. I would recommend it and I might purchase a second unit to replace the bathroom fan. However, I must take a point off for the lack of instructions and difficulties/delays with the flange/trim piece. If your camper roof can use the 3" trim piece then you will not have this difficulty.

Easy to install, remote control, works great!
We just bought a new used camper and the vent fan in the bathroom is 14 inches square with the smallest most inadequate fan you can imagine. There are a few fans on the market but I was drawn to this one because it has a remote control and my current fan doesn't have a wall switch. After removing the original this fan fit in the existing hole perfectly. It looks to be well made with a durable thick plastic mounting flange. After installing and connecting power I'm impressed how well this fan works. One button opens the lid and then you can choose up to four speeds to vent air out or to reverse and draw air in. When done press a button to close the lid. This also has a rain sensor to close the lid if it starts to rain, I didn't test that feature. My roof is not too deep and I do need to reach out for the 5.5 inch interior trim piece, the trim piece included is too small. So far I'm impressed and I look forward to putting it to use on future trips.

Great fan with remote, quiet and move a lot of air
Seems like a very sturdy and solid unit. Like the double arm for the lid so wind doesn't whip it around. I bought two of these. One for the bathroom and one for the common area. Love the remote for when sitting on the thrown, you can turn it on and exhaust the bathroom. Also the one in the common area is like 8 feet high in the ceiling so now I don't need to get on a step ladder to open and turn on. Remotes work for both but only work for the that you are closer too. They definitely move a lot of air so great for working as a fan at night to blow cooler air on you. And the noise is quite on the two lower settings. Almost can't hear them.

Works great, easy to install and when the interior trim piece wasn't the right depth, I contacted the company and they sent me the right one free of charge...
