Make sure you switch from Steering to GP on PC
The description says on the box it works on xbox one and PC. Well I spent almost 4 hours last night trying to make it work and nothing was responding only the middle button that says xbox. It is not a plug and play device. I wanted to use this for American truck simulator. I had to go on my pc and uninstall the drives, do a search again for new ones wait until they installed and then it worked on forza 4. I still had to do some remapping but it worked good. Now for the American truck simulator in order to make it work, on the steering wheel there is some Switches, the one on the left needs to be set to GP (Gamepad) and it will work. Great product. Almost return it but I'm glad I got it to work.

Great buy for the price
A lot of the reviews you'll see are trash talking this thing. Let me tell you first off, they're complaining about a lot of features even three hundred dollar range wheels don't have. Like live feedback.I'll give credit where credit is due. People complained about the pedals being too soft and going to the ground flat unrealistically. Hori fixed that. They didn't raise the price. People complained the wheel was too easy to turn. Hori listened. They fixed that.My ONLY complaint about this wheel at this price point, is it really wouldn't cost much more and I'd even pay an extra twenty dollars for the wheel to be a few inches bigger. I've gotten used to it after only a few hours but it does feel like I'm driving a go kart. You want realistic steering feedback? Go spend seven hundred dollars because that is the point where you'll stop complaining about it. Other than that. Hori has fixed most complaints with the new version and at such a low price this wheel is exactly where it should be. Not sure if you want to spend the money on a super expensive wheel? Use this as a starter. I've been using it for a few weeks and I'm pretty sure by Christmas I'll be upgrading to a more expensive model, but this wheel allowed me to make that decision without blowing a ton of money on something I might never use.

Well worth the buy
First i'd like to say this product really does help improve your driving skills, worth the buy... Now as i am a first time racing Wheel user wasnt sure how to set it up, but after a few trial and errors, have to say, 'i love it'. The quick in game sensitivity setting is amazing. The games i use it on are, The Crew 1&2, Project Cars 1&2, Forza Horizon 3&4, Forza 5,6,&7, Nascar Heat 4&5, Assetta Corsa, Wreckfest, and Tony Stewarts Sprint car racing, and F1. Once you set it up for each game never have to change setups again. The only downside is the paddle shifter which requires both hands on a small wheel, if you could use a plug in stick shifter it would b perfect. And i just recently bought a racing wheel stand for it, makes it so much more enjoyable. Peddles stay in place now.

Great entry to wheel gameplay.
For 100 bucks you really cant do much better. It's not perfect but its better than nothing. It feels a lil cheap but its not bad and its certainly useable. Contrary to other reviews this DOES work on pc but only when you set it to PAD (switch on the top). Its the only way to get the pc itself to recognize the wheel. Only problem is that the computer thinks its a controller that way and not a wheel. Which can get a bit annoying but its still useable. The pedals arent too terrible, you can prop the pedals against a wall or something else to keep them set, else they will slide around on you with more forceful use. I recommend messing with the settings a bit as the default ones are kind of bad.Its also nice to remember that the pedals are really only meant for 1 foot to use it. Like a regular automatic car. 2 foot use just feels cramped and wrong. This is a nice entry to wheel gameplay and its a nice learning curve but I do recommend spending the extra 100 or so on a force feedback wheel. You wont regret it. Though if money is tight and you really want a wheel, this is not a bad purchase.

Feels great, just wished it worked on my PC (Xbox One version)
Loved it, but couldn't get it to work for my needs.First off I have noticed the people that get this to work have the ps3/ps4/pc version. I got the Xbox One/Pc version. I could not get this to work on my pc. Windows 10 installed its drivers as APEX which is what it is, but showed some errors when I looked into the driver info. Said something about not found or whatever. Even though Windows said it was installed correctly and no issues. I tried a few different games that are listed on their website as working. None of them detected it. I tried to assign keys using the assign function and it would not let me assign keys. So may have just been an issue with mine. I downloaded the manual and followed the directions on how to assign, but the light would either not come on or come on and not blink, then go away. But if you want this for just the Xbox One then it worked great. I tried it on Forza 5, 6, 7 and Forza Horizon 1, 2, 3 and they all worked on it with out me having to set up a thing. It was just plug and play. It controlled perfectly. I had no issues while testing it on my Xbox One. But I got it for my PC with a secondary of working on my Xbox One. So I sadly had to return it.I really wish it had worked on my PC since it really felt nice. I loved the textures of it and the response from the pedals. The shifters clicked very nicely and in a great place. Everything felt natural. Wheel was a perfect size as well. Peddles looked and felt super cheap, but what do you expect for this price point. I expected a lot less yet got a lot more. There was also a very nice feature that I have not found on the Amazon ad, nor their website, nor in the manual. The thumb buttons on either side which are your left and right trigger buttons are actually not straight buttons. They look like it, but when testing they are kind of on a rocker with out feeling like they are on a rocker. Hard to explain, but if you press on the lower part of the button you get just a little effect from that side. So for brake would be just a little braking and for gas just a little gas. As you move you thumb up then you increase the value of said effect. So they act just like the triggers on a regular controller without being triggers. My wife accidently found this out when she wanted to try it before we sent it back.So in the end if you want this for your Xbox One (for my version) and don't want to spend a ton, then get it because it is awesome for the price point. If you want to get one for the PC then maybe take a chance on the PS3/PS4/PC version instead. I may at a later date order that version for my wife since I have returned this one for a wheel that is known to work on PC.
