Great alternative to OEM
Purchased this to replace on my 2012 Ram 1500. For the most part it works great. The only downside is that the lock/unlock button will not work if the car is off and the door is open after a short duration (30 seconds or so). If you close the door and re-open it, the lock/unlock button works again. Small inconvenience but well worth saving $$ not buying OEM.

Breaks easily
I was so pumped when I found this for my dodge ram and that it was so easy to install- I bought this because one of the automatic window buttons broke off, unfortunately the back window button broke off immediately the first time I used it which was mayhem because my dog was sticking head out the window while we were going over a bridge and the window went all the way down but I could not roll it up because the knob had broken right off… this happened after the return window had closed so my only solution is to purchase another one but I’m afraid the same thing is going to happen

Doesn’t work like original
The door lock/unlock button doesn’t work all the time. While the truck is on it works, it works intermittently once the truck is not running…
