This is perfect for crafts, I use it for wrapping soas, gift baskets, craft bags etc. I always get comments on how cute the bows look, the color is bperfect, it blends well wrapping paper.

I like it! Very affordable. I might buy again if the right project for it comes to mind. I'm glad I bought two in order to make a bag, (and it had a discount there, to boot) because while it was plentiful to make a large bag, I was playing 'yarn chicken' because I could add a handle and tassels. Each roll is 218 yards. I used it for crocheting and yes, it is hard on the hands, but not unbearable...in my opinion. However, I suggest making your stiches and chains somewhat looser than normal, since that makes it harder to go back into them again if they are too tight. Does well with weaving with a darning needle. Very sturdy. No splitting. Nothing snapped while I was crocheting. :) Very crunchy when unraveled...a very 'fun' crunch. Very, very bendable and thus, does not make a hard object (if you were thinking to make a basket, it may be slightly floppy.) God bless you. Jesus died for you, rose after three days, and saved. Great raffia and comes with a ton! Highly recommend. I bought this to make lei po’o for my daughters’ graduations and it was perfect!

Revised review: I originally did not like this at all because I was expecting a natural raffia that can be shredded. This is a manufactured product that is strong and durable; it's more paper-like and works great to attach price tags onto inventory in my antique shop.
