These are like the original Subaru rotors and brake pads. These things are awesome quiet, always work well. Last a pretty good long time, even with me. Being a fast driver and hitting a brakes kinda hard. They still lasted about forty thousand miles

Great pads!! work perfect! just make sure you know how the pad orientation is supposed to be, as I saw a video of this guy doing pads on youtube, and I just put the pads the way he did ( metal clip pad as the outer pad) then drove the car a bit, and noticed a very small noise.... So then I did more research and found that the metal clip is supposed to go as the inner pad with the clip facing downward..... I just flopped the pads around to the correct orientation, and now noise is completely gone..... pedal feels great too!!

The shims that came with it don't fit my calipers. Sorry for taking so long to install these. May I have a refund or replacement that will fit?

My brakes came on time. I am disabled and it is nice to know I can order items on Amazon and they come right to my door! I am confident they are the right brakes for my car and that they will install easy and will perform as advertised. My twins will be putting them on my car this weekend. I am beyond pleased with my viewing and purchasing items from Amazon and will purchase more items in the future! Thank you Amazon!

I don't stop hard or abuse my car, so I can't review based on performance. That said, I've tried cheap to premium breaks, these work and are great. I wouldn't say they're the best, but they are the best for the money. I've used 6 of these sets already, not for the same car. So far, my car still stops when it's supposed to and not when it's not supposed to. I like the extra hardware it comes with, they fit very well. I don't have to struggle to get them in and they're not loose once installed.

I take good care of my Subaru Forester. When it was time to change brake pads, my trusty mechanic mentioned ceramic pads being a good option, durable and with less pollution. I decided to give it a try, and saw on Amazon Bosch pads. Being from Europe I know Bosch for decades as a manufacturer of various super reliable appliances and parts. So, I decided to trust Bosch with these. What a mistake!Mechanic machined all discs to make sure whole set will work perfectly, he lubricated the holders with attached lubricant, checked twice all is set properly so i will have long time of trouble-free driving.It was just over 2 months ago.But yesterday to my horror I heard the grinding sound of metal-on-metal. While always a bit soft, breaking became now even softer. So, today fist thing I went to my mechanic.He could not believe what we saw, he actually called all workers to see it - front pads gone to the bone! Nothing left on left side. it truly was metal-on-metal (see photos), while on right side there was still a bit left, but pads made deep cuts, like groves on the pad. How can it be? new pads on finely machined discs????????Back pads are half-way done. But it was just 2 months and a bit, I drive twice a week locally, i did not make more than 1,000 km (or 600 miles)!!! These pads should be still like new with such little use. and yet -they not only are finished but also badly damaged my discs - which now need to be replaced!I use my Subaru for 10 years, driving the same area. it is hilly, but it never was a problem. I changed my pads every year and a bit, sometimes longer. I once had to use cheapo Chinese pads and they lasted about a year. And these Bosch ceramic pads supposed to be so durable - but killed my discs within 2 months? I can't still believe it! I look at these pads and I am shocked! Utter junk! How can it be possible? I hope Bosch has better customer service than these pads and will offer me a refund and pay for damage. Truly shocking!Enjoy the photos - but think twice before buying these!

2006 Forester front brake replacement. I have no complaints at all. They fit perfectly, move freely and come with a good set of well fitting shims. 10/10 on these.

I only received 3 pads, not four, missed one.Have to reorder, so bad.
