Guys please read this review completely usually I does my researches from multiple sources before I put anything new in my body, But this time I blindly believed a Youtuber who carry himself as a man who does not do paid promotions, well I was wrong please understand there are three type of Alpha Lipoic acid 1st is "R Alpha lipoic acid" 2nd "S Alpha Lipoic acid " 3rd "R-S Alpha Lipoic acid " The first one are "R Alpha Lipoic acid" is the only one which is in biological active form means it is naturally occurring and is water and fat soluble this making it very easy to absorb to every cell " S-ALA is synthetic as synthetic Alpha Lipoic acid it is chemically created these form of ala cannot be easly absorbed by our body which is not the problem the problem is if you're not using original R-ALA instead of positive results it rather decrease our natural ability to absorb B vitamins like b1 b6 b12 which directly affect nerve system and damages nerve cells , decrease ability to repair and regenerate nerve cell, in other words it increases your ageing process to make you older much faster, It also can makes us diabetic, the list of side effects just goes on, 3rd one R-S ALA is also same the composition just changes to 50% synthetic and 50% natural but if the 50% is synthetic obviously it damages the other natural 50% making zero effective, Its just advertising tactics to fool us , in our case Zenith nutrition never disclosed any were what type of Alpha lipoic acid this is ., it's not definitely R-ALA so please stay away from this FYI THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE, ANYWAY I FELL FOR A SCAM BUT YOU ARE GETTING A CHANCE HERE YOU MAY BE BUYING THIS FOR YOUR LOVED ONCE BUT INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HEALTHY YOU WILL MAKE THEM WEEKER THE DAMAGES THIS PRODUCT MAY GIVE IS FAR MORE THAN THE VALUE OF IT ., SO CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS WISELY STAY HEALTHY GUYS

I definitely feel it's working. I took ashwagandha and shilajit along with it. I'm not sure which one worked but feel diabetic neuropathy is gone, it could make the difference, now my pain, numbness, tingling effect is gone to certain noticeable extent but not completely gone. Ill continue this course for few more months, shall order the next course. It's cheap compared to other products in the market and better quantity wise and you can try affordable. But keep control on your diet importantly if not excercise. Don't go back to your uncontrolled life. My feet pain was always an indication if I was over my limit or carbohydrate intake and with this I feel like advantage to disadvantage. Ill definitely control my diet.
