Ordered two of these VooDoo Tactical hats in the "coyote" color. I read several reviews of clients complaining these hats were deformed and had the frontal flag sewn on crocked. When I looked at the first hat, everything seems as it should be; the hat looked and fitted great. But the second hat was one of those defective ones, with the poor stitching causing wrinkles in the fabric, and the flag was crocked and off center. I contacted Voodoo Tactical to see what they wanted to do about this, with a photo of the hat, since it wasn't Amazon's fault. I have yet to hear back from VDT. I'll wait a bit longer, and if they'll remain silent, I'll send it back to Amazon. It appears these VDT caps are a hit and miss situation, with good batch of them being poorly constructed.

This is the worst ball cap in my humble collection. Why? Simple. Construction. Instead of building this cap with the brow white mesh portion up to the brow limit, they have the white mesh going all the way up to the center button cap. That means that no matter how hard I try to shape this thing it keeps wanting to stand 'erect'. As much as I would rather send it back I'm holding on to give to one of the homeless guys I see everyday here in Pensacola. I refuse to wear it because it simply looks bad on my head. Maybe they made it that way for guys who wear their ball caps backwards?
