Waited 2.5 months before writing this review to give better assessment. Bought two of these to use following knee replacement (use one while the other freezes) and so glad I did. Extremely easy to use, long lasting cold, and very durable. Well constructed and comfortable. The straps are sturdy and a bit stretchy so they wrapped easily around my plus size leg to keep the wrap in place. It comes with a strong plastic bag for storing so it stays clean in the freezer. Highly recommend for ortho surgery recovery.

This is so good for people who have injuries for their knees. It really covers your whole knee and a little some is very comfortable and doesn’t feel like straight up. Cold is on your knee either. It has a nice cushion to it. Just remember to wrap it and it’s plastic like it’s supposed to be kept in the freezer.

Delivered within hours of ordering, placed it in the plastic bag it came with for freezing, placed it in the freezer for 8 hours and used it. So convenient with the elastic/velcro straps to hold it in place. I’m recovering from a broken plateau tibia fracture so this is perfect!

Brought it for my nephew he 12 to ice his need down after his basketball games.

I got this for my electrician boyfriend who suffers from knee pain kneeling down all day. It’s really been helping him out and I’m very grateful for it. I wish I had it when I tore my ACL.

It is wonderful, just what was needed for my husband knee replacements surgery. We bought 2 - one to use while the other is refreeze so there is always one handy.

This ice pack is awesome! I bought week three after ACL and meniscus surgery. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear and has been so helpful as I regain mobility in my knee. The straps are great for keeping it on and fitting securely while sitting still and while getting up to love around a bit. I highly recommend this.

I bought these trying to find medical grade cold to get down deep to the bone for bone on bone painful arthritis since other ice packs don’t. I also liked that it would stay cold for at least 20-30 minutes. Sadly these didn’t do either. They aren’t any colder or last any longer than all of the cheaper ice packs I have. It also does not provide compression as described. Pulling Velcro tighter isn’t going to create compression.These are very well made and very nice ice packs that are very large and heavy. Way too big and heavy to bring traveling. They take up my whole freezer. Also won’t stay on while walking due to the weight of them.But sadly they weren’t the miracle i was hoping for. For $40 this will be a returnI would say if you have no ice packs at all these are good and better than some but I have plenty of other ice packs
