Does this cut on both the push and the pull?

The primary cutting occurs on the pull stroke. This actually gives you a lot of control. You don't have to apply much pressure, just let the saw do the work. The cut is really smooth, too.

This works well. I cut thru bones with it. It does not say USA .

Is this made in china? If so I will not buy.

To answer your question, yes. It’s China quality. You get what you pay for, always. I’m loving it you can’t go wrong for the price. If I really needed a quality one for work I would splurge but most of the time I just have it for casual use and if it breaks I’ll buy another

Where is this saw made especially the blade?

I just looked all over this and it doesn’t say. Sturdy saw though. I use it to saw bones for broth. So far, so good.
