Whilst I did have an issue with one computer - I contacted Geekom by Email, & received a response from their Support Services within 24hours with a Speedy & efficient & Very Respectful resolution & am more than happy to say that I now have a fully working Geekom mini computer !These Geekom Computers are brilliantly manufactured, the fans are whisper-quiet but more importantly the devices run on Windows11 Pro & deliver working smoothness with any tasks it is being used for ! From switching On to having Windows11 Open & ready is quite literally just seconds & the ability to carry out easy DIY to increase internal Ram Speed or increase Memory Storage is an important factor that will be a really important need for many people - the variety of attachable equipment ports/links as well as wireless & Bluetooth connectivity make Geekom Computers a World-Leader in Computer Design & Innovation, robustly built with Quality materials & Components the Mini-Computer is now the way forwards with Information Technology & the Internet !I particularly want to thank Shirley in the Support department for Her Kind & Efficient & Speedy assistance with Her Customer Support - and is a Real Credit to the Geekom Company- Thankyou :-)I have already purchased additional quality accessories & additional computers & won't hesitate in purchasing additional computers & accessories for gifting to family in the very near future :-) ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This mini PC (just under 5" x 5") is a splendid piece of IT equipment. It is a fully functioning PC, pre-loaded with Windows 11 pro (and with no bloat ware); with plenty of USB ports; all other necessary ports; and an SD card reader (more on that later). It is fast, quiet and very efficient. It is also manufactured in friendly and democratic Taiwan. On the first machine I ordered, the card reader malfunctioned. The helpful customer support team did their best to find a software solution. When none worked, they were very apologetic and immediately suggested the machine should be returned to be fully examined in their workshop. As ever, Amazon obliged swiftly and a new machine was up and running by return. It is difficult to find fault with this splendid piece of kit, which costs a fraction of the PCs of yesteryear. My old Shuttle PC is not compatible with Windows 11, but works effortlessly with Linux Ubuntu (there is no built-in obsolescence in Linux). Meanwhile, I have the latest Windows technology for a price which Microsoft would doubtless charge for the operating system alone. If you want an outstanding mini PC, that is very reasonably priced, then look no further. The GeeKom Mini IT8 SE is exceptional.

Not only is the Geekom a first class product, their customer service ethic puts their competitors to shame. I had a problem and Shirley responded within 12 hours with very clear and helpful instructions which resolved the issue. She also sent a follow up email to be sure all was OK. The build quality feels premium and solid. The compact form factor means it can be tucked away, providing an immsersive desk setup. The i3 chip, although slightly more expensive than the newer N5105 series chips, is well worth spending the extra money on. Previously, I purchased the Beelink u59 pro with came with major issues - including the insane luck of having a corrupt SSD. I have had absolutely no issues with the ITE8 SE, and couldn't recommend this product high enough to anyone who needs a compact PC for either office work, or running a low-powered server.Personally, I use this PC as a local media server running 24/7 (Plex), and have had no issues leaving multiple resource intensive programs running simultaniously.Update - I have had my server running continuously for over a year now with zero issues.10/10 purchase.

This was purchased over 12 months ago and at first I was 100% happy with the purchase and gave it a 5 star rating. It was easy to set up, I like the compact design and it's not noisy. Fast enough for basic web browsing, worksheets, movies and just about manages photoshop. However there was one issue that occurred whilst watching Netflix. On the odd occasion the monitor would black out for a few seconds and then return to normal. This now happens more frequently whilst using other applications and when transferring data from pen drives etc. The computer is still working but the blacking out indicates that there is something unstable. I was intent on buying another Geekom but this issue has put and end to that idea.Updated February 2024

Really fast I'm so happy with it. Got it for my TV and can't watch YouTube without having to do the remote control keyboard thing. Make a TV a super smart TV!
