I purchased this product to seal cracks in my basement slab floor for radon mitigation. After sealing the slab to foundation connection with a more conventional radon caulking system, I needed something to seal cracks in the slab that ranged from about 1/8" to hairline in size. This product did a great job of sealing these wide range of cracks.When dispensed from the dual caulk gun, the sealant is very viscous, almost like water. Best recommendation is the follow the product directions exactly and have a second person available to sprinkle the sand.The product cures to an extremely strong and tenacious bound to the existing concrete. Recommendations are to scrape away the excess in about 15 minutes to leave a level surface. Wait to long and it will need to be ground away with a diamond grinder.Overall, all cracks sealed very well with this product. My realtime radon tracker has shown levels below 2 pCi/L after all of my sealing attempts were completed.

Product works well but nozzles then to plug fairly easy.

CrackWeld Pro floor and crack sealant is a highly effective product in sealing concrete basement floor cracks. The product was very easy to use, with clear instructions for use. Also, the product required little time to apply and the clean up was easy. I would recommend this product professionals and DIYERS.

Awesome product but cures very, very quickly! Do not attempt to use this without at least one other helper (as the instructional video suggests) to aid with the second application of sand and scrapping before full cure. Once you start, you really need to keep going to ensure the nozzle doesn't plug up (two minutes MAX if not dispensing). Have all of your cracks prepped and all materials ready to go before you start. Would be nice if the kit came with another application nozzle or two.I am very satisfied with the results so far - a full season will tell if it's works as well as advertised.

This is good product. I encountered a problem because of the packaging. The instructions state that you should first remove the protective top and then tap the cap downwards with a hammer to break the seal. The openings from this action ( on one occasion ) were too small to allow the proper placement of the backflow restrictor. I resolved this problem by slightly enlarging the openings with a small knife. I then followed the remaining instructions without any further incidence.

I prepped the crack by opening it up with a diamond V shaped grinding wheel followed by a sst wire brushing, then a very thorough vacuuming. Installed the product as directed. The temperature was 71 degrees F., and the RH was 42%. I filled 45 feet of 1/16" crack lines. After drying for 3 days, I crosscut the cracks (50 time) to install rebar. Every crack fill only penetrated 3'16". This is not even close to the advertised results. Product is way too thick to penetrate through crack.

Did a very good job fixing the cracks in my basement floor, it's not as easy as you would think and takes at least two people. Dries very hard so you need to do a good job of scraping after about 5 to 10 minutes of dry time.
