Great for a med kit
Pouch/bag is good quality and has a nice layout.

Spacious
The bag was a lot bigger than I had anticipated, but it holds A LOT, I personally use it as a range first aid kit/trauma kit and it holds enough to effectively treat and stabilize 3 people, the 2 side pockets are big enough to hold a jar of peanut butter ( just a size reference) and the 2 main pockets are HUGE. I'm a very accident prone person and fairly rough on my bags and such and so far this bag hasn't ripped or torn, none of the securing studs have been pulled off.The reason I'm not giving this bag 5 stars is because of the MOLLE straps on it. I understand securing your equipment, but this thing has 5 fairly long straps.

Horrible design if you’re attaching via MOLLE
Wanted a buttpack for the back of my battle belt. This looked perfect, but the person behind its design clearly has no fundamental understanding of how MOLLE works. The straps are WAYYYY too long. Each strap is over 2 inches too long, so once you weave it through, it can’t be buttoned/secured. So your only option is to not pull the straps through all the way, but then you’re left with over 2 inches of loose strapping at the top, and a pack that hangs off whatever you’re trying to affix it to. The pack itself is good, but the attachment design awful. If you plan to use the MOLLE; stay away.
