I've documented the impact this had in case I wanted to add to Subscribe & Save. Dosage is 2/day. Since my immediate concern was the nightly bathroom runs, I've been take the tablets with my 9:00p medication.I've slept erratically for a couple of years; a big part of that problem was getting up 3-5 times a night to urinate, not to mention more daytime bathroom visits than I could keep track of. I've been taking this supplement for less than a week & was amazed by the impact after just 2 days. I've gotten up during the night once. ONCE! And the first couple of times was just because I woke for a minute & my brain said "I'm awake, go to the bathroom".I haven't noticed a big impact during the day, but I'm sleeping much better.I'll be adding this to Subscribe & Save. (Now if only they can solve my RLS)

I Guess they work good but seemed like a better value ordering two pack but they were smaller bottles and Quantity and the larger bottle from sams club was a better Value at price per each.

Took the whole bottle and purchased another. I don't get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night anymore. Would recommend this product.

I've just finished 60 days' worth (2 bottles), and I am disappointed to report no effect whatsoever. The only good news is that this is not another supplement I'll have to take day twice a day and purchase every two months. In all fairness, I did not get a doctor's opinion before trying this. I figured just trying it would be cheaper than a doctor's visit.
