Yes, this is a "No wipe" top coat.

What's the difference between the colors Aurora and Iridescent Laser???

The aurora has subtle color to the sparkle. The other one is I think is just white & silver sparkles and less fine maybe too.

Can you just use the top coat only?

No. You have to do a base coat then cure it then you do a top coat. It's better to do 2 base coats and 2 top coats but cure after every layer.

Does this top coat require a UV lamp? Can you use it without a lamp?

This does requires a UV/LED lamp to cure it
